Butters (the guy who works up front) was cool and has a good sense of humor. We all.joked about the toilet paper shortage. I need Mary Jane more than ever. I started shopping here after meeting Handy Sandy who told me all about this place. I'm new to the area and was looking for the a high-quality place - I found it at the gallery. The artwork inside is amazing, too.
The Gallery is great. Staff is amazing. You don't find better customer service. Only thing is they're a little pricier than most other places.. love the gallery. Parkland wa, Spanaway, & Puyallup.. u guys rock
The beautiful artwork is calming and the positive energy in the store is amazing. The budtenders all have different personalities yet they are all nice - especially Tamar who is a good listener - she is beautiful on the inside and outside (..she was even kind enough to give me beauty advice which was very sweet).
The Gallery feels like an extended family to me. All of their stores are wonderful.
They gave me three wrong items. They didn't tell me that they gave me stuff I didn't order so I didn't know till I got home. They wouldn't take them back even though I had the receipt. I googled the stuff they were giving me and it said it was for libido, I said I didn't want that so Josh started yelling to the hole store "hey this guy wants weed that makes you horny!" That's $150 I just spent on stuff I don't want. If they would have just told me they didn't have my stuff I could have gone elsewhere. Worst most humiliating shopping experience ever.
I love shopping here, friendly staff. Some new hires need more training on indica vs sativa. Also would appreciate advanced notice of substitutes before going so I have the option of not taking it.
