The Gallery - Spanaway

I recently retired from the Military and hadn't smoked bud for about 23 years! Anyways, a few days after I got out I had the urge to smoke bud again. I don't live too far from the Spanaway store so I decided to see what it was about. They had the most friendly and knowledgeable workers there and I told them I hadn't smoked in a long while and what should they suggest. I believe her name is McKenna, really cool girl just made a few suggestions and provided great customer service. Since then I go only to this location, (it's a couple miles literally from my house) Great store and two thumbs way up!

I have lost trust in the The Gallery's quality control after buying some of the worst tasting weed I have ever had during their "sales" and feeling completely ripped off with no refund. I feel they have lost their way in trying to becoming the Walmart of weed. Very disappointing, I had High hopes for this company.

My father and I came into the spanaway gallery a few days ago. My father was very hesitant to go in, he's very old school military. I persuaded him to go in, I have been in a few times and love all the girls. We were helped by a new guy I had never seen before. His name was Josh. Right from the get go, he was pleasant and very nice. He ended up talking to my father for 20+ minutes, basically putting him at ease. He answered all my fathers questions and they even talked about other random things like the military and football. What I really appreciated was that he spoke to my father like they were friends, not like he was trying to sell him something. He didn't push anything on him, and explained the menu to him, and told him he didn't need to buy anything if he wasn't sure. Josh ended up selling my father over $100 worth of stuff, he even got him to buy a pen. Then after the transaction was complete, Josh walked us over and signed my father up in your system. He shook my dad's hand and thanked him for coming in. It might not seem like a lot, but that impressed my father alot. Once we left, my dad said he was really impressed with the quality of your store and employees. The customer service we received was some of the best I've ever experienced, from ANY retail store. We will both be regular customers

I recently came into The Gallery while I was on the South end. This store not only had a clean, relaxed and friendly environment but the bud tenders were great too. I have been in other stores where the bud tenders are disinterested or have a lack of knowledge of product; that was not a problem here AT ALL. The bud tender that helped me, Josh, was very helpful in directing me to what o was looking for, showing me other things that I could be interested in, and letting me decide what I wanted instead of pushing products on me. Because if this, I was more apt to spending more money than I originally went in there thinking. Thank Gallery (and Josh) for making this one of the better experiences in a store that I have had. I will definitely be back and will send my people to this location now too.

Selection was not great. I bought a couple bags, one of which ended up being the worst bag of weed I ever paid for. Doorman was on Facebook and the TVs had crap on, which stole from the great setup of the shop. Will only use in emergencies, since I am 2 minutes away.

My wife and I are very new to cannabis, so we're checking out all of the dispensaries in our area. The Gallery in Spanaway is our favorite so far. The staff is knowledgeable, the space is open, well lit, and inviting, and the prices are reasonable, especially for pipes and bongs. The only two things I could ask for to improve my experience, would be a list of specials they could hand out at the door so I can read through it before getting to the counter, and a bigger selection of vaporizers. I like that they're carrying so many highly reviewed vaporizers, but I'd love to see some entry-level devices, instead of just $100+ ones.

Would love to see more frequent updates to web sites.

I would watch out how they display in their books that something may be 23℅thc but when u get home and look at the package it's 18℅ thc

My opinion keeps changing the more I come here. Some visits are good, while others are not. This leaves me with the decision to either shop local, and save gas, or drive farther, to get better quality products from another dispensary.

nice shop, needs better selection. budtender seemed disinterested, didn't know the specials. got a nice piece today though, soapstone. drove from Sumner.

I love the fact dogs are welcome. They treat my little Pekingese like she's really special ( which she is) and makes her and I feel really good! Thank u for that!

I think my favorite part about this place is being greeted at the door with a smile and nice comments..I do not remember his first name but his last name is "Whiteside" He is the reason I come back every time. The associates are patient and also recommend the best strains to try. Please offer more incentives for loyal customers...15% off is great but I shouldn't have to visit this place 10 times just to get it. Love this place!

Stopped in last night, long hair guys helped me, I told him all bud is tasting the same, I wanted good old skunk weed, brought me out shiatsu kush, this is not skunk weed, I paid 15.00 for 1 gram, tastes and looks like what I already had, first time in shop, probably the last

Kind of scary walking in. Very quiet . You could hear a pin drop . Products are pricey and not all that good depending on what you get . I love the edibles

I love this place. It's so close by and I'm already beginning to get noticed as a regular! I was super nervous my first time but the employees are always so helpful and friendly. The quality of some stuff could be a bit better, but it's great place to get familiar with

Would not recommend any of the Gallery locations, you may be able to find alright flower for a high price compared to competitors but concentrates here are super high priced poop soup that taste like burning rubber

They never have what I ordered. One time I bought 60$ of flower.it was crap. never got high on it, and I still have it. Because no one wants to smoke CRAP.

Ok so I guess I'm just stupid and don't know how to do a product review on here, cause it's only giving me a location review........that's kinda annoying but ok. So nothing against the gallery because they do not package the stuff. But I bought a pre-rolled from NP- kissed jade. Because I asked for 1gr at 17 and the cashier said they have a pretty rolled for 14......well I feel like I should have spent the extra 3 bucks. I emptied the joint and it looks like half a gram. I crushed up another gram and got almost twice as much. Now I know different weeds crush up differently but this is kind of a noticeable difference. Wish I could share the pics. This just means I'm not buying pre-rolled or from North Point again....sorry. Again, the Gallery is great....north point not so great.

Love everyone that works in the store. Really like the dude at the front of the store checking ID. He’s always cool and sweet!

i purchased 7 grams of pineapple express from spanaway shop. when i got home it weighed 4.4 grams. the kids at store said no manager is in. two people working and one "bouncer" so no one can help. i call manager and he tells me to come in on Monday and we can call forte farms together but other than that he cant do anything for me. i have gone to the gallery since it opened and now will never go back. very upset about this

Very "Pinkies Up" atmosphere when i walked in. Staff there were exceptionally courteous from the security to the bud tenders in the back as you make your way through and around in the store. Also knowledgeable when questions need answering.
