The Flower Shop - Mesa (Med/Rec)

I was completely new to this whole thing. couple days prior I went to a different place and what a horrible experience the people had no clue about the products being sold and me being new and knowing nothing about this well I ended up with things I wont even use. then I came across the flower shop ..wow ! what a difference compared to the experience I had somewhere else. was greeted by a very nice young woman was very helpful with questions..maybe had a minute wait till I went in and saw a bud tender. this is where my experience and outlook went from discouraged from the prior place to being tremendously happy with the service and experience I had. Bud tender was named Tom/Tommy ..explained looking for something for pain and all.. this man knows his stuff!! me being new to everything and I made sure I told him he told me exactly how products should be used and how much depending on things..he was tremendously helpful ! his attitude was awesome, and he genuinely cares about the people he's helping! from what I've seen and overseen from being there the whole staff is like this which is great. thank you flower shop and mainly thank you Tommy!! I've been dieing in pain but because of you I am now feeling better ! so far you changed my life and ill continue to see you when I do go there. if they had like a employee of the month you would be it ! the attitude, caring, the time you took to help and explain..i mean my own MD Drs don't do that . I hope you see this..and if you do read this ..thank you!!

Very poor quality bud. Got their buy one Ounce, get one free (Paid 320$!!!!) and still got very mediocre flower. If you want Flower, go somewhere else.

This place kicked ass. I went in on a Wed and got there Select special with the gummies. It was such a great deal I went twice in the same day! The man helping me out made sure that I got the best bang for my buck with what I wanted. He never tried to "sell" me anything.

So I usually have a really good experience when I go to The Flower Shop but I visited here today (Black Friday) and maybe it was busy and she was stressed but my bud tender was not very knowledgable on the free preroll promotion happening today, I had to ask about it multiple times for her to verify what exactly the deal was and then she neglected to tell me the details of eligibility and had to review it a third time. I ended up leaving empty handed because I felt like I was just being played with so this experience gets a 0 out of 5 but I'll be back on a better day.

fantastic customer service. love their new tiers. the premium flower is phenomenal quality. two happy hours per day 9to10am and 7to8pm

They say that the atm is free but in all reality it’s actually charging you 2 bucks to take money out. They may say that it is your banking institution that is charging you, but let’s be real your bank doesn’t double charge you when you go to a different atm that isn’t free. The point being the atm doesn’t charge you 2.50 then the bank charge you 2.00. At least not my bank. It’s only the atm fee......but if there is no atm fee why did the atm fee charge me $2.00 to pull my money out for my medicine?

Its closer than the one I was going too. I live in Gilbert, but a lot of the cannabis is no good. Well, it don't work for me. I plan to move to Mesa and thier locations are in the area I like.

Sky dispensary has the best flower in all of Arizona. I love this dispensary so so much the staff is friendly and helpful

I didn’t get a chance to try anything from them because they skipped me twice while I was waiting on my first and probably only time at this location. I can’t speak for the quality of the products but the service was subpar at best.

man why do you people in upper Management not see that you are not supplying this location with enough prerolls? it seems that you give them enough for 2 days then make them wait 3 more before you restock them you really need to look at the trending sales and keep those strain types coming in and in bigger numbers.. you lost a sale for the third time this week from myself
