The Dispensary - East Dubuque

The last 3 Aeriz flower products I've bought from this location have been full of seeds. When I reached out to get a replacement I was basically told it was my fault for choosing smalls since it's a "value" brand. Maybe don't carry defective products?

Caitlin was my budtender. She was knowledgeable charasmatic and overall a fun person to interact with. Not only was she able to answer all of my questions, she was also able to recommend product to me that fit my needs. She was super informative about the online store and the rewards program available. 10/10 would recommend The Dispensary to anyone, and will always tell them about my experience with Caitlin, again, she is amazing!

This location has a very poor set up, parking lot, and general operation.. I have never waited less that 35-45 minutes, and their computer systems frequently go down, bringing everything to a standstill. The budtenders will not tell you about affordable deals/prices unless you specifically ask. They will tell you every high priced item they have, and when you look ask about a cheaper one you saw online they magically remember. They call numbers to keep track of who’s turn it is, but I’ve witnessed them skip numbers or lose track of numbers. I bought a bag of Ozone Animal Cake 7g shake, and it was moldy.. I reached out to the location and although I didn’t expect my money back, as I’m sure there are tons of regulations, I atleast expected someone to reach out and apologize.. I received nothing. I will not purchase an ozone product again, nor will I return as a paying customer to east dubuque. I will drive a few minutes further to Verilife in Galena, as they seem significantly more established and under control. My shortest wait at East Dubuque, is still longer than my longest wait at Galena.. I will also recommend to everyone that they avoid East Dubuque.
