I have been a patient here for 5 years and wanted to say I've always been so impressed, even when during the health mandates Prime Wellness was ahead of the curve like the plexiglass dividers ( first place I seen them ) and preorders worked great. and on my recent visit i bought a new product and Jenna is so helpful she went through everything from A-Z, also with a new strain I ordered Jenna told me about the effects she experienced and she was spot on ( slept so well ), The staff really cares about the patients and helps anyway they can.

I Absolutely LOVE it at Prime Wellness of CT. I have been a patient for years and would definitely recommend this facility to Everyone. The people are fantastic very helpful and always pleasant (Jenna). The prices are great and they always have what I need.

The staff was so friendly and inviting and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the doors. They were able to answer all of the technical questions I had and truly helped me understand what products and profiles would meet my medical needs. The monthly "Virtual Event" hosted by Uzma Zakir has been helpful Beyond my expectations & has helped me get my life back on track from my debilitating pain. And the "Patient Perks" are Great! From Flash Sales, Double Points for future savings to getting 30% off in December w/ a fun BINGO Card in November! this dispensary is so nice, the staff is always smiling and helpful. since cannabis became recreationally legal, my usual dispensary and others around have been super busy, im glad they have decided to stay medical only, the focus on patients is amazing, i’ll definitely be shopping here more often

Prime Wellness offers comprehensive and thorough service with quality regulated products. Prices can be a little higher but no taxes with medical marijuana and programs are offered to lower income patients. Great dispensary.
