I visited this place for the first time today. Traveled from Snohomish area. This is definitely worth the trek. By far the best environment! Very comfortable and welcoming. Specials and deals to look forward to! Will be back soon.

What happened to the quality? No more top shelf? They pushed this stuff called rocket cannabis on me and it turned to powder before I got home.

When you walk in it is a very friendly environment. They are very knowledgeable about there meds. Well illuminated and very clean. A very good variety of meds. The sour tsunami is a great pain killing strain. Thanks guys

They are fabulous! I've been to just about every dispensary in the valley and this one by far is the best. Great meds, great selection, and most importantly the best staff ever! They remember my name and even know what strains I like. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to this dispensary as a new patient. The staff was very friendly and told me everything I needed to know. They suggested good flowers and other products for me. I will definitely come back to 221rx and would highly recommend stopping in if you like good products!

I must say I have not encountered a cleaner more secure environment than rx221. the waiting room is topnotch and comfy for its patients. I have never been disappointed in the quality in the dry meds and the edibles are out of this world potent, as well as delicious.Concentrates from them are some of the purest Ive seen. Lets not forget the staff, very welcoming, helpful, and are a great example of good bud-tenders! I'd give this place a million stars if I could. as a shining example of how a co-op should be.

This place is amazing! This is my go to Dispensary now, flower quality was beyond awesome, concentrates top quality ,and the people and atomsphere was amazing they have the best setup I have seen north of seattle. I have been to many dispensaries between seattle and bellingham best by far in quality and choice and amzing frozen medables

Was in yesterday for my first visit & was more business like from once I walked in & waited in a room before being cleared to meet 1 on 1 with another gentleman in the adjacent room. Whom in which was extremely informative & knowledgeable about what I was inquiring about. Also I felt very welcome & both gentlemen that I met were very nice & professional as well. :)

I started using the CBD oil for the pain I had been having in my knuckle shoulders and legs.. In just a few days I was able to be totally pain free. I am absolutely amazed at how fast it worked. I really enjoy coming into the 221RX. The owners here treat me so well...I have never been helped by such caring and kind folks, as here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it's so awesome to be pain free...Bless your hearts.

Wow that's all there is to say. I bought some chocolate fondue and lemon skunk it was some of the best herb I've ever smoked. Went looking for either blue diesel or something new. I sure am glad I choose these 2.

Just bought some DT-13 that had what look to be fungus gnats in it... sad to say it isn't the first time this dispensary has sold me bugs. To their credit they have always taken it back. I'd upload a pic if leafly would let me. I have gotten some quality flower from here before (maybe 3 star) but it is hit and miss and no one with bugs on their top shelf gets more than 1 star on quality.

I have been a Medical Cannabis patient for nearly 5 years now. When I first was diagnosed and advised that other than drugs used during surgery there was nothing I could do for my condition. I soon found that Cannabis helps and I set out to find a dispensary that had 1) Quality medicine 2) was helpful 3) Wasn't in it for the money. I found all three in 221Rx. Their flowers are always well manicured, cured to perfection and the right price. The staff is helpful and have learned my needs and tastes. I can always expect the best suggestions and the most friendly service there is. Their prices are equal to or better than any other dispensary I have been to. It isn't unusual for them to have a real top shelf item on sale for $10 because they were able to get enough to keep the prices down. The people that run this dispensary are always working with horticulturists to get the best medicine for the best prices. I have searched the area for a high quality, caring dispensary and they are the best combination of my three requirements I have found. If you are a first time patient, they will take the time to help direct you towards the medicine that will best help you. If you are a long time patient they will treat you well and will make terrific suggestions based on your needs. I have three dispensaries within a 5 minute drive of my house. 221Rx is over 20 minutes away and it's the only dispensary I will use. (Some of the best house concentrates around) -Ken

I have only been going here couple months but my favorite budtender is Gilbert. Hes so cute and knows his stuff. I get him each time I come and today he made my day asking about me :) His service is the reason I come daily.

Best Dispensary in the area. Lots of flower, concentrates, edibles, and smoking accessories to chose from. Nice waiting room with comfy couches and a TV. Only one customer can be back in the dispensary area at a time, but not a long wait time at all, and it was a Friday afternoon.

Quality-5 stars Service-5 stars Atmosphere- 3 stars because the products aren't organized and they are spread out throughout the store. Hard to really look at what you're buying. If they can organize their store like kascade Krops then I'd rate this place a 10/10 Also my favorite budtender is the big black guy. So patient and so nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I think his name is Gilbert?

joel, scott and matt are friendly and provide a comfortable atmosphere with quality inventory. as a polio survivor living on disability budget, they have always worked kindly to combine a good product affordably. I am grateful.
