Gilbert is one of the best budtenders in the state. His product knowledge is on point and has never failed me when it comes to trying something new. Gilbert doesn't push products on me. He listens and helps me select products that relive the daily stomach and back issues that take over my life. Most friendly guy I've encountered at a shop too. Thanks for being a superstar. I'll definitely be back for his customer service.

I've given this shop plenty of chances but the budtenders really don't know what their talking about.. i mean the big black guy actually knew about the companies didn't rush me or tell me that's 🔥 like the rest of the budtenders best person they hired on in a while.. customer service needs improvement maybe have that guy train them

Sent my husband in for a specific strain, the bud tender argued whether or not they even had it. Maybe you should update your menu? High prices and not so friendly staff... think I'll keep my business elsewhere.

5 stars for the new guy Gilbert his customer service is beyond exceptional knows all the products hands on.. great suggestion on the twister my fiancé loved it. We will be back to visit you id come everyday but store doesn't carry a lot of the stuff I like for dabs :(

Great and friendly staff. Always meet me with a smile! It was well worth the drive from Whidbey. I have already stopped by again and will continue. They have some of the pest prices around.

I've been to this shop like 4 times. I have only ONCE found a premium flower (in my opinion). That may be partially due to the staffing. They were not educated on products or their inventory. Some folks seemed nice, but I just don't like the recommendations I get. They've always been a real waste of money.

So I went in today ant this is like the fifth time I have came to this place it's nice and has a really good selection and great prizes But the budtenders need to have a better Palit because they suck right now everytime they say this is a good one and it's taste like the stain it's supposed to and it's doesn't it's getting really old if you don't know or can't tell.... then say so don't say it's good when it's not!

Went here for the first time just a few days ago. Meds were good and they had friendly/knowledgeable staff. They're still getting their operation together so some of the rooms look a little empty, but a pretty nice setup and awesome place to get meds if you live in the area. I'll definitely be going back!

ive never been so upset before. im a regular and i always get great service but today not so much. the girl who helped me was more concered with being in the backroom and when she help me she ended up selling me a cbd oil and i specificly said i wanted high tch not cbd.. well i got home and open in and its 42% cbd 18% tch the exact oppisite of what i asked. and its not like i have extra money to just get something else. what a joke. there went my 30$ of hard earrend money. thanks

I want to thank the staff at 221Rx for making my visit very personal and educational, the staff really cares about their patients and it shows. I was blown away by their selection of strains and unique CBD products they have available like the Sour Tsumani#3 from solstice that has 9.75% CBD and .43% THC which is something you don't see often and to see it at there store in the Skagit valley was awesome. Now I can get great meds close to home. Keep up the great work guys!!

I am also from Oak Harbor and yes it is worth the drive. I am a veteran who medicates for pain. The staff was very helpful and had great knowledge of their product. My experience is the reason I will make this my one and only shop from now on. Thank you!

Thank you Leafly! It was well worth the drive from Oak Harbor to visit this dispensary. Very professional and clean, with a relaxed atmosphere and great floor plan. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the meds as expected and as described. I'm going back today as a result of a most pleasant first visit. I wouldn't be surprised if it was to become a monthly occurrence.
