I absolutely love it here! Great products and great people. They always make you feel welcome, they don't ever make you feel rushed. They are also very helpful in suggesting strains that would be a good fit for you.

Good: Short lines, friendly staff Bad: -(flower)THC% advertised is the highest batch they've ever tested but what you buy will be a different batch with much lower % -Flower is harvested and packaged within 2 weeks. No curing so taste can be harsh.

The best customer service, bud is great too! I'm a vet 100% connected and your people have made me feel extremely comfortable. Not one time have I been disappointed.

Patient support staff are eager to help and communicate well. No frills and super down-to-earth vibe, which I appreciate. Some of the Temescal brand carts are a lil too dark and liquid for me, but the quality of everything else I’ve purchased is first rate. Their sales, specials and points enable me to afford quality medicine for my disability. Well-known strains can be found here, which is needed when trying to treat specific symptoms of my disability. Huge variety.

got my pre order ready super fast and even were awesome today when i called to reserve some of the incredibles chocolate bars bc I knew they had very few left of the PB and they put them right with my pre order! I used to shop elsewhere but now this is my one and only stop bc of the great service and amazing staff! They go above and beyond for their patients

I ordered online for the first time as a medical patient. It was pretty easy and very, very convenient with many selections to chose from. When I picked up my order, I was assisted by Nate and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a few things I hadn't known about. I would recommend for sure!! Thank you Nate!! ♥️😎

This is a wonderful place to visit. Very clean and customer service is phenomenal my only gripe with everything going on is how the recreational users harassing the medical patients( that have first priority in MA) while they stand in line. The person that handles the customers outside was not paying any attention to anything and certainly wasn't helping differentiate between med and rec. Other than that all is great strains are yummy, prices still good, and all is well.

Great curbside service during the Covid 19 time. I just received my MMC and had to register as a first time patient. Everything was brought to me in my car. The staff member was great! He answered all my questions, and quickly got my order.

I am a med patient, the staff here all treat the patients very well. With the Covid regulations, I just order online, wait for a text and no matter how busy, everyone will chat and get us in and out quick and safely. Flower is top best in area, extracts always rock. Reward program for patients actually gives you something back too. Yes, you should go here. I do regularly
