Temescal Wellness - Pittsfield (Medical)

The pot was dry that was the biggest rip off.. I knew going in that it was going to be over priced and taxed to death but I thought the quality would be what you pay for. I Think Not. Old dry crap.

Very disappointing. Products were old and dry and some were tested and packaged as far back as March 2018. The location was also bland and disorganized with plastic totes of product scattered behind the counter. Only positive was the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Typical dispensary. People were really great. But twenty dollars in sales tax. I almost fell over. 70 dollars for an 8th of weed. My dealer charges 35. I just don’t think it’s worth it. They really screw u with taxes. The prices have to come down wayyyy more for most people with a clue to buy there. Never again. Complete rip off.

The budtender was extremely nice, but their menu has been not accurate both times I've been. This time I was told that the flower I ordered for pickup was not in stock (the budtender says she hasn't seen that strain in a while) then I asked to try two other strains marked in the menu as available in 1g, but we're either mislabeled or out of stock. This sort of thing has happened both times I've been here, and honestly it's just such a hassle for slightly overpriced products in an environment that feels very "profit over people" Besides your cheap carts, I'm gonna be going to roots and theory from now on. ✌️✌️ Tl;Dr: inventory has been a long term problem, go elsewhere.

My friend and I drove an hour from NY to see this place. They do sell to out of state as long as you have a valid 21+ license. Also, fyi, it's cash only. When you walk in, there is a very small room with a window where you give your ID. When you go in, its really just a room with a bunch of counters. None of the product is shown, it is all already bagged up, which sucks bc you obviously want to see what you're buying. The girl that helped us, while she was very nice, couldn't tell me a single thing about the product she was selling me. Definitely not trying to rip the place, the Grape Marmalade I picked up is off the chain and the pre roll we picked up certainly smacked me up.

Super welcoming staff, the line was inside which was nice considering the weather here, only waited around 10 minutes which was surprising considering recreational just opened up. I’d definitely be back!

Tried to advance order online today without success. I was told when I visited store to purchase three items, all of which were not available, that online orders were for medical only ?????? I inquired with sales person when recreational online reservations would be available and was told that it was for medical only?? Totally disappointed with my visit. All other facilities I visited have online reservations available for medical and recreational. I will not visit this facility again unless they become user friendly. 👎👎

It was slow on my last visit, but I think I know why. I was in GB at theory and their product is hands down better. I feel like Temescal is just trying to rifle product out and not looking at quality. The service was good, engaged team and the store was kind of cluttered and messy. I get a sense that theory runs theirs like a hospital with cleanliness and temsecal operates more like a gas station. With all of that said, time brings hope. I'll come back for another try after they get things tidied up.

Great location and atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Flower quality varies (they grow in Worcester and have some wholesale from other dispensaries) -- I usually ask what strains are in-house. Love the Very Blue Dream and Grape Marmalade!

Absolutely love this place, all of there products are of the highest quality, All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My "only" complaint is,that the the Wi-Fi in that area SUCKS so be advised if you're planning on paying with CanPay (which is a cool money saving option) your out of luck, unless you try and connect outside of the building

Dry, quality is pretty low. Plus they didn’t use my card right which made my order decline. Pretty embarrassing when I had the money in my bank account, still not sure what happened. I’ve given this place a few chances, each time it’s very disappointing for the price you pay. Never again will I go there

Im quite impressed with your flowers..the slurricane is amazing..smooth n strong,sweet tasting too..can't wait till yall grow more..the lemon walker as well I love,the high surprised me!...lol Your coconut butter is a great product too..makes a nice hot/pot chocolate !

Patient support staff are eager to help and communicate well. No frills and super down-to-earth vibe, which I appreciate. Some of the Temescal brand carts are a lil too dark and liquid for me, but the quality of everything else I’ve purchased is first rate. Their sales, specials and points enable me to afford quality medicine for my disability. Well-known strains can be found here, which is needed when trying to treat specific symptoms of my disability. Huge variety.
