Temescal Wellness - Hudson (Medical)

I was throughly impressed by this establishment when I picked up my order, had every intention of returning. There was a mistake, no biggie, and they asked me to go back in line to fix it. I was happy to do so, the website was not up to speed so I had to call for assistance. When I say I have never dealt with such RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employees, that is an understatement. Usually I do not get as worked up. The woman on the phone, WHO I FOUND OUT WAS THE MANAGER, said she didn’t see I ever made an order as I held it in my hand and COMPLETELY TALKED OVER ME FOR ABOUT 2 MINS STRAIGHT, laughing the whole time with her coworker. She told me to enter a fake name and phone number with my medical card number to make a purchase, which makes absolutely NO SENSE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD OR IN SOMEONES RIGHT MIND. I said “put a fake name with my medical card info?” And she said, and I QUOTE, “You could put down Bozo for all I care haha.” I WAS APPALLED. I immediately asked for someone else, so the manager transferred me to a boy that I could tell was younger than me. I explained to him VERY CALMY what was going on. He asked for my name and I said when the other woman typed in my name, she didn’t see anything. SO HE PROCEEDS TO SAY “ma’am if you refuse to give me your name then I can’t help you.” ????? That’s when I finally said I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE ALL BEING SO RUDE TO ME. Finally, he took down that all I wanted to do was purchase two more eighths and the website was not letting me at the time. I have never felt so anxious, misunderstood, confused, and frankly upset at a dispensary. EVERY dispensary I have ever been to have treated me with the utmost respect, they care about you and remember your name. I was thrilled to be finding this dispensary with amazing prices, but now I will never be back. I truly was on the verge of tears after that phone call and today, a day later, I’m still shocked at how unprofessional and unpleasant my experience was at Temescal - Hudson. Please save your money and time, do not go here. Staff is completely unqualified and unprofessional.

This is the 2nd review I've written. Someone took down the first one. I did a rapid refill with this place and when I got home, 3 of the 4 gummy packs had been opened and were short 2 gummies each. Then the 95.00 cart I bought was about 1/3 empty. They swore they didn't open my gummies but sealed gummies wouldn't open like that and they wouldn't have fallen to the bottom of the bag. And even if they had, they wouldn't have been 2 short on 3 of them (the 4th was properly sealed). Why would I lie about this when I have loved other places? I think customers should know and Leafly should allow people to provide their honest reviews. Thank you.

Why do you put the better products on the rec menu? I get paid bi weekly and the fact that you took the Rythm skunk off the medical menu and moved it to the rec menu aling w the disposable cartridge by rythm. Why don’t medical patients get their choice of whichever medicine they want that youre selling? This is so ridiculous and unacceptable that something needs to be done and or have it pointed out to the CCC. Ive had enough of you dispensaries scamming everyone and really affecting medical patients and their needs!! One love y’all.. You’re practices will not be tolerated nor go unnoticed at least. IMO AT LEAST THE CCC can be included and step in and regulate if they have to because this is ridiculous and outright greed by TMW and all other dispensaries! 😉

EDIT (Warning! NOW 1 STAR) - seed in prerolls (hermi bud- this adds more to what I said below, before this was discovered. On the positive I would say they are also a lot nicer. But that's about it. They also think they are above you because they got some strain training in their own fake buds. They think they know more than growers that been doing this more than half their life... please...(It was a one time deal. No longer nice) (2nd edit) Temescal wellness is selling cannabis with thca for the most part. Thca is not the same as thc! This bud is unripe and not cured at all. Thca is just a precursor to thc and means it has not been dried or cured long enough to convert to thc. These companies are selling fake hopes and dreams. Thca does NOT get you a buzz! Thca MUST be heated to get any high or feeling from it. If you do not heat it up enough you wont get high. It is heavier than thc so the percentage are "higher" than they should be. 87% is all you get of the total when its converted to thc (under best conditions) not to mention cannabinoid burn off at 300 degrees and a lighter is 4000 degrees. To decarb weed correctly it needs to be dried at room temp (10 days), or at 220 degrees for cooking for atleast 45 minutes to convert to thc. These numbers are misleading and downright scummy to sell this bunk, every time I buy, i expect thc! Not thca!. I will not spend money on cannabis with the hopes to get a buzz (even though you might not!)No wonder 75% dont give me a buzz. You are trying to cut out half tge process and reinvent the wheel of cannabis! Idiots! Cannabis has always and will always be dried until extracts improve. You have been warned! All staff is nice but the counter staff is the worst (shit attitudes, except the guys are nice and knowledgable!) and pretend they better than you because they got some strain training. I guess this should've been a warning to me of how this place operates. By the way, this is why they don't hire anyone with brains that asks questions. You would shatter their illegal operation. Thc is not thca! You wouldn't like I sold you methanol as alcohol and watched you drink it!

This USED to be my go to dispensary. It won't let me edit my old review so here goes a new one. If you want really old bud, this place may be for you. The last two purchases I made here the medicine was over 6 months old, super dry and didnt even slightly resemble the color/tricomes of when I've had this before or from other dispensaries. Also I was told by the manager here that when they went recreation that the medical patients would have first access to all the products. This was a blatant lie, for patients they have like 3 or 4 choices/strains. For the recreational patients.... 9 or 10 choices. The only way for a medical patient to get these strains is to pay the recreational prices. These guys are simply out to make a buck and dont truly care about their patients. My recommendation: go somewhere else. I did.

Awesome place, convenient location with an expansive menu & quality product. Ask for Meghan- she is highly knowledgeable super sweet and truly makes the Temescal Hudson location a pleasure to visit.

Another dispensary that has been ruined because of recreational, never anything for medical patients anymore, the recreational customers get the better choices. I will stick to the dispensaries that will just stay medical.

Omg! I bought a quarter of GG4 and when I got home the nugs were so small that i woulda begged for popcorn nugs at that point! The pieces are falling through the holes of my grinder, but still need to be broken up a little. That was by Perch Harvest. The smallest pieces of herb I’ve ever gotten from a dispensary or on the street! I’m a medical patient and size does matter. I got half a stem hanging from about 6 little nuggets! Made me so mad spending $96 a quarter for pieces of bud that almost qualified as shake! Its not the same quality as bigger buds, hence why places have sales on popcorn buds! This was the worst dispensary experience of my time being a med patient! Just awful! Unacceptable TMW CMON!! Bs to pay full price for something i have to dump out into my grinder instead of picking pieces! Especially out of 7 grams not one bud bigger than my thumbnail! No fng lie! So not cool and petch harvest or someone is making this right! Frigging disgusting of u ppl to sell that as premium flower at premium prices! So mad it ruined my weekend wasting almost a $100 on herb i have to pour into my grinder! The guy told me they get their TAC by adding the THC + THCA. Thats not how it works ya dummy! So pissed to have been ripped off like this legally at that!! We’ll see. Never fng again!

My first visit today. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Nice wide open room with comfortable chairs if you need to wait. I was sat down and walked through the menu. All of my questions were answered. So far the quality of product seems top notch.

Want to feel like cattle trying to get your medicine? Or want angry rec buyers yelling out at you as you bypass the line? Then this is your place. I went once and never again.

Besides my map GPS sending me up to BJS on the hill, this place was great. Service was great from signing in to the knowledgeable bud tenders. Many many strains of vape oils to chose from. I will be back.

Absolute bait and switch. Saw a 31% C99 on the menu and got an 8th. Get it outside and it’s only 15.7%. Go back in literally two minutes later and told they cannot exchange the product. The budtender (who claimed he was a manager) talks down to me saying that “batches are different” like I’ve never tried pot before. Plenty of dispensaries have returned products when they make a mistake. This is medical, not rec. Do better.

I'm lucky to have this dispensary in my town! They carry a very good selection of cannabis in all its various forms, and the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful.

Second visit and the guy sold me a CBD PR. When I said this wouldn’t do, I was basically told tough luck! I’m a medical patient asking for an item you have listed on Leafly. It was filled with a CBD version which isn’t what I wanted. I should have been able to exchange it then and there. I didn’t even touch the thing. I looked at the receipt and noticed CBD. Luckily this had some THC in it so phew. But I’m the future, one confirm exactly what the customer is asking to purchase, and two, change that policy on the medical side. It’s hard enough to afford this stuff as medicine as is. Not taking back an incorrect sale is horrendous

This place is like a Tardis, bigger and beautiful on the inside!!! Immediately upon entering,staff was friendly and made me feel at ease and the budtenders took the time to answer all my questions, even if I felt silly for asking. My first visit, I tried their hard candies, honey sticks and the THC Patch. Holy yum!!!! The lozenges tasted like a jolly-rancher, and same with the honey, not a medicated taste at all. The THC patch was a lifesaver for my family's July 4th party. I was able to be pain free and slightly elevated for the whole afternoon. Lots of love to the Temescal Wellness team. Congrats on the new locations in Framingham and Pittsfield!!

Was dropped off by a friend to purchase recreational and wasn’t allowed in the door because I hadn’t taken some shuttle to get some special ticket. Incredibly asinine. Don’t recommend

This is my favorite dispensary hands down! Their edibles are absolutely delicious & the best in the state (in my very high & noble opinion ;)), the prices are right & their veteran discount is impressive. I always have a wonderful experience with the staff at Temescal as well. Megan is so amazing and always goes out of her way to make me feel special & heard when it comes to literally anything gong on in my life. I thoroughly enjoy visiting this location & I've never had anything but a stellar experience! I would recommend this dispensary to any and everyone.

The bud tenders here are super helpful and knowledgeable in helping you find the product for you. They have a variety or products and get new items often. They are a walk in facility, no appointment needed. They listen to patients and have a great selection of accessories also! Definitely worth checking out!!!! They offer consultations to help you out too if you need it!

I liked it better when it was just medical, now I don't like it here anymore

Nice place.

The Staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They make it so that you can learn as much as you want about the products,that way you can make an informed decision when purchasing.They supply you with everything needed between booklets, all the information they have online and, the personal consultations that are available when you come in. Their products have been consistently very good.
