Absolute bait and switch. Saw a 31% C99 on the menu and got an 8th. Get it outside and it’s only 15.7%. Go back in literally two minutes later and told they cannot exchange the product. The budtender (who claimed he was a manager) talks down to me saying that “batches are different” like I’ve never tried pot before.
Plenty of dispensaries have returned products when they make a mistake. This is medical, not rec. Do better.
