love the quality of product here but i would also like if you guys stopped shorting me when i purchase pre packaged grams and they come out to .9 and you guys are charging 12$ plus tax a gram...not cool.

So I have been coming here since it first opened as Swell a few years ago. What made me give a review was the way I was treated when I won a free prize from Baked Bros. It took me 3 weeks to get back to this side of town but the message I got about picking up the prize said at my convince come on in. So I tell the counter guy and he gets the manager who starts in with how long ago and stuff. He then tells me it's not convenient for him and that's it. No I'll see if we can get it for you or even a sorry. Instead he made me feel like I did something wrong. This was the WORST experience in ANY dispensary thanks for nothing.

Okay dispensary, security guy out front thinks he’s GI Joe. Other than that people are rude. Curaleaf on bell has WAY friendlier people and no big headed security dude who wishes he was a cop.

This evening was truly a wonderful experience being assisted at Curaleaf Camelback. I needed to locate my online ID and Kaitlin was so kind and so helpful in guiding me to the needed URL! Furthermore, my budtender Alex B., went above and beyond in helping me locate the medication I traveled for! It's been a while since my last visit to Curaleaf Camelback, but after today's excellent customer service by these two great individuals, I think I will be back soon.

( BUYER BEWARE) This is not the first time I come to this dispensary I came here multiple times and this will be the last. This dispensary takes over an hour just to get your online order. ( Even before the corona situation) I noticed a couple times where I ordered and eighth and went home and weighted it out and it would be short. I ordered a 3.5g and got a 3.1g or a 3.2g . I spend 40$ on it and expect to get what I pay for. I work hard for my money. Unlike the workers at Curaleaf. They also ( on my last visit to them) forgot one of the timeless carts in my order and charged me for it. So now I had to inconvenience myself and turn back around and go get it.

Very nice spot. Friendly people . I like how the prices are tax included, so you know what your paying ! I would def come back!

House weed is stemmy and seedy, no discernible difference from low to top shelf. Wait times average well over an hour and that’s with 3 separate lines. They have an “express” lane for customers who don’t plan to change their orders to move through faster but still allow these people to heavily modify their orders. These customers are picked first so there’s really no point to the other two lines. Computer system has been down on multiple visits and they often insist it will be “just a few minutes” but is rarely under two hours. Employees are understaffed and overworked, leading to them being short with customers. The shatter’s cheap tho

If a rec arrives with no med or pickup, don’t make them wait for people that show up after. You lost hundreds of dollars in sales and I’ll never come back..

They obviously have not figured out how to run a dispensary yet. More than a 45 minute wait to get a few grams of weed. Uncool, incompetent, disorganized. The weed is average at best. They have a long way to go!! I won’t be back!

Just so everyone knows the prerolls you buy from any Curaleaf are more stem than actual bud. We take all the keif and good stuff out in three sifting processes then all that’s left stems shit buds get super ground up. Oh we can still see stems? Grind it up some more. Now you guys are dropping 20% off medical? Such a Walmart company. They don’t care about their employees or customers. Go support local dispensaries that are actually having better deals now even when you guys were offering the 20%. Your employees have a holier than god complex

Always putting stuff on bogo sale that they have little to no inventory of across all stores. For example today oct 23 was bogo drip concentrates. at 815 a.m. almost every curaleaf across phoenix had ZERO in inventory. Coincidence? No, just a bait to get you in to buy overpriced "select" branded products.

when I got home I opened the jars and it's some dry axs weed. I have not been there in over a year it's right down the street from my house and this is why. inferior products I'm going to go back there tomorrow I've only open one jar and I want to return it I do not want dry ass weed thank you do you think they'll do it he'll know hell no they would rather sell dry ice weed don't you love it we pay good money and they rip us off I love to

I do not reccomend this dispensary at all unless you want to purchase low quality foods from a dimly lit dirty garage, this place is a little cave and worst I've ever seen, would never consider going back, this place is a bad Joke!

Can't navigate website and leafly say checkout un available. Can't call dispensary either just goes to voice mail. Might have to go back to Urban Greenhouse.

The last dispensary you should ever go to. They don't care about medical patients. Overpriced garbage

My bud tender was a rude ass kid and my weed was super dry and harsh. Had to smoke multiple bowls to catch a buzz. Very unorganized and I waited outside for 40 mins while everyone else went. I won’t be returning to this location

They erased my review earlier check your receipts before you leave if medical , They are getting over on medical , not sure why when they make millions. I went to curaleaf on central got same thing with my 25 percent discount and paid 13 bucks less than I did at this location. Tell me how is that? I got my receipts for both places .

It was super busy today when picking up my order but went by super fast and employees were fast, efficient & nice as Always :) Definitely would recommend to my friends

Love this place. It's very close to my home. The employees are great. The flower is bomb.... And so much selection. 1st time visit specials. And review deals. Go today!

The wait was awful due to the virus distancing BUT the staff professionalism and upbeat atmosphere really made the wait worth it.
