Service is good but there wait time is ridiculous i placed and order and waited .meanwhile i placed an order at The local Joint in Tempe there so fast there and friendly my order was ready before curaleafs the local joint is waaay better better prices too

Parking in the back just to walk around the building only to be told to walk back to your car in 110 degree heat sucks. Then back in to be charged damn near $60 for a decent eighth. Trumed might be the way to go.

This is a 5 star place very friendly well medicated. Great deals on all products dont miss out !!

first and last time I will spend my money here. extremely disappointed in the quality of their flower. I bought their $50 halfs and now I know why it was so cheap. 2 bowls down and I'm still not feeling anything and I'm a lightweight. I even asked the budtender about the thc % and was told it was 17%, I've had flower that was less percentage and felt the effects right away. now i see why they say you get what you pay for, never again

Its Great besides Josh the bud tender refusing to honor the free pre roll for a review gave me crap because it needed to be posted 24hrs i have never heard of that BS i spend $60 plus he acted like i was begging I never saw a time limit on your website or inside your pharmacy

I love swell, I have to say the reviews special is fabulous. It's frustrating when the budtender gets upset that you didn't "screenshot your reviews to make it easier" if this is swells expectation I wish they had notified us in advance and it wouldn't have been an issue. I enjoy coming to swell because I leave in a swell mood but this last time I felt like despite me purchasing in addition to my reviews at the camelback store I was treated less then swell. I will probably drive further to go to a different location moving forward as this experience was less than stellar.

Great location. Muv cartridge wouldn't draw and was replaced. Stock seemed low but could be because it's the hot new location and busy. OG Clear cartridges seem good. Average prices but was hoping for more specials.

I've been to the other location a lot, so when I found out they opened another one walking distance from my house it was a happy day! I love the selection and quality of the herbs and cartridges. The customer service is always excellent as well; however, my piece of feedback which lost an atmosphere star, the parking situation is hectic and the wait time can be horrendous. Despite that, I really like Swell and now it's just a few footsteps away:)

Good Deals and Flowers

This place sucks, had nothing in stock that was shown on their Leafly page. What they did have in stock looked like pure garbage. the bud tender responded, whatever it happens and then tried selling me their high end stuff that looked like someone's leftover popcorn nugs. I see why you get such bad reviews. Do better!

I have not been to Curaleaf for over a year and they got a pretty nasty review from me the last time. They had a strain that I love currently so I purchased it online and went to pick it up. The experience was pretty good. They have remodeled and the line system is a bit better with the new layout. I didn't see or interact with the problem employee from last time, so hopefully that customer service problem is gone. This is one of the few dispensaries left that still provides a really decent discount to medical card holders, too. I was really pleasantly surprised to pay about 2/3 of what the cost was online. I may start making this a regular stop.

Last time I saw a deal on Leafly and ordered it Curaleaf refused to honor it. This time I call to see if the will honor it and they actually were for once (platinum and platinum plus smoker). Well, when I got to the dispensary they were all out of the 4 jars of Tru Infusion I ordered. I can’t win with this place. Please call and tell me to order something else!!!! I think for the money I spend they should honor something equivalent. The two gentleman who have helped me the past two times have been great customer service reps.

Medical and on one gram of wax i get taxxed 6 dollars n change for tax SMH thats crazy nirvana only charges 2$ tax if u only buying one product lol u guys are taxing medical patients like recreational not good buisness!

I usually buy the 1 oz special for $95 every 5-6 weeks from Curaleaf for over a year now. I had a bad experience at this Camelback location last summer so I decided to go to other Curaleaf locations. This morning I went back to the Camelback store for the first time since that incident last summer thinking maybe that employee was just having a bad day. I was WRONG. I went there at 8:45 AM on Friday 12/27/19 and another BAD EXPERIENCE. I went there to buy my normal $95 ounce special and they REFUSED to sell it to me. They told me I could only buy the packages that came in 1/2 ounce packages. The only strain of that in stock was Purple Orange (8 cbd and 8% thc), which is worse than ditch weed I smoked back in the 80's.. They had several other strains in 1/8 packages that I usually buy at other stores but they told me they were holding them for other customers that wanted to pay full price not the $95 price. This came directly from the manager's mouth! I thought this was first come and first serve?! There was no other customers in the store or in the parking lot but they are holding strains for customers that aren't even there? Shame on me for getting up early, running an errand before work, and wanting to pay $95! So I left without buying and went to the Curaleaf at Central near Thomas and they sold me what I wanted. Did I mention I always tip? I gladly paid $110 and was a HAPPY customer. I'm not even going to get into the attitude problem that occurred with a female MANAGER last summer at this location. This Camelback Curaleaf obviously has a culture problem. I WOULD AVOID THIS STORE UNTIL UPPER MANAGEMENT TERMINATES THE STORE MANAGERS AND THEY FIND PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT SAVING STRAINS FOR CUSTOMERS THAT WERE PROBABLY STILL IN BED SLEEPING!
