Large selection, friendly staff. Big place! Plenty of parking but a pain to get to with construction going on through January. Have heard negative reviews about quality and business conduct from a few other customers while in other dispensaries. Their pre-rolls and edibles did the trick for me! Haven't tried flower or concentrates...

They have got some nice people working, but for a rec user who medicates, these prices are borderline robbery. I'm not sure why there is such a deep divide between red and med, I kind of felt like I wasnt wanted as a recreational user. I'd say it's worth it to check out other places and have this as a last resort.

I absolutely love this despensary! Every body is always friendly. If I ever have a question they can answer it. They all so very good knowledge of their product and always have good recommendations

Great deals on pre rolls and always a variety of new strains. Incredibly helpful staff and wonderful art and glass. I frequent this store.

The location isn't the best, luckily I live down the street! Usually have tunes playing, and the owner is from the same area in New Jersey I was raised in. Good people all around!

Honestly love getting the 5$ grams from here cause always find some fire deals every once and awhile. Pretty much the main reason I come here. Oh and the tall blonde with glasses is such a sweetheart she always makes the energy great in there. Always happy to walk in there.

I can not attest to the product, as we left before we even attempted to buy anything. Check in for medical took a good 10 minutes, and when we got in, there were customers already. The bud tender seemed to be overwhelmed with just them, and then the very impatient man that was huffing and puffing behind us when we were checking in just barged on in and started ordering things, and the tender let him do it. He never asked the people he was already helping if that was ok, he never asked us if it was ok, he just let him do it. Mean while, the people ahead of both of us were kinda just left standing there while guy was changing orders and being picky. Normally, this type of thing would have just been an annoyance, let it roll off of your back type thing, but there was an employee who was sitting down on his phone reading not even 3 feet from where this was all happening and he didn't even bat an eye at the situation. As far as I know there is more than 1 register, and the previous people looked ready to go. This was the worst service I have seen in Eugene, really to bad, I used to frequent here before the prices went through the roof. We got pretty upset and left. They didn't even say two words as we left. I would not recommend this place, Rec and especially not Medical. Stay away.

The atmosphere here is laid back and not judgmental or dumbing. they will help you locate what you need with actual knowledge of the strains and effects you can go in there and not feel like you are being taught a lesson or looked down upon.

I actually created this account to leave this review, letting other people know: Do NOT go here. My buddy just came back with 3.5 grams, or rather, what we thought was 3.5 grams. When we got home and opened it up, there was 1.5 grams in one container. The other, which should have held two grams, in fact only held one. We weighed this immediately upon opening and are very disappointed. We stopped in as this store is very convenient for us, but after today I will go out of my way to not risk getting shorted again. Other than the most important part of this trip, the people were nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If by chance you buy from here, double check BEFORE you smoke!!!

great service! couldn't decide between two strains, started talking it through with one of the workers and he ended up setting me up with an 8th of half and half and even put them in different containers for me! really friendly people
