my person and I come here for one product on occasion. the amount of product is overwhelming and there isn't enough knowledgable staff to really help you find what you need. the atmosphere is uninviting and almost uncomfortable.

Visited this shop today for the first time as a med patient. I will not be returning based off the unenthusiastic customer service environment. If your budtenders can’t ask their customers if they need help then there’s definitely an issue.

Real down to earth place. Not trying to sell you everything they can just to make more money like other herbal centre's(wink,wink). Not to many places that have as much room as they do but they have personal and great service. And only thing I would say is at least write what you weighed it to on bottle?

Professional design and attitude. Jonny provided us with fantastic service and made my first experience here very enjoyable. The flower selection is top notch, worth the visit for that reason alone. Great access point for west eugene patients.

Sweet Tree Farms is nice, it has a large showroom with a large variety of products,including some great top shelf flowers. The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The buds I got were tasty and potent.

Very friendly employees and their pre-rolls are definitely worth getting a few of!

Never treated so bad in my life, as far as being in a customer setting. Both workers RUDE, and acted like they could care less about business from me. I will not be returning, ever.

Please dont waste your time going here!! Highest price cannabis in town!! Budtenders are "too cool" stoners and are not knowledgeable about medicine, and rush you! Everywhere else has cheaper flower, concentrate, and nicer people. I warned you!!

Anyone else notice they only have reviews from accounts who have one review- their store!? This place is NOT that great- over priced and flower is mediocre at best. No one would actually give this place 5 stars... sorry!!

This is our go to spot. We love the staff and the vibe. They always have a deal going and have a wide variety of budget friendly flower as well as some higher end strains. If you're looking for a shop in west Eugene, this is a great place to start.

Today my boyfriend called In an order and the bud tender acted like he was stupid on the phone. He was calling to order 5 or 6 prerolls. He asked if they had “Clean Green”, which means they don’t use weird pesticides. Before he hung up the phone he gave my name because I was going in to get them. When I went In I overheard the bud tender telling all the workers about the phone call and implying the caller was stupid. I went in and gave my name and said I heard him talking bad about the caller and I was here to pick up the order. He denied saying anything wrong, but I was standing right there. It was just a bad interaction and the employees didn’t know the situation. He called in the order because I have cancer and I didn’t want to be in there a long time to decide what we wanted. Moral of the review, it’s never cool to talk behind a customers back when they are standing right there!!!

Quality is good but the prices are ridiculously high, $280 for an oz? I can get an oz of good bud here in Florence for 35 to 60 bucks.

So there's no doubt there is some good quality products in this store, however I noticed that the Obama Kusk was NOT just entirely Obama Kush. Very Deceptive!! They had mixed some lower quality flower that was completely different in that Jar! I've grown that Strain and can easily tell different strains apart. Also I was disappointed to see that I purchased some Mango flower that looked really nice in the showcase nug Jar but, what I received looked like some low quality outdoor that was literally sun bleached yellow mixed with a little bit of green bud! There again mixed with some other strain that both looked and smelled completely different. I will not return to this location since on my first visit I discovered this place to be deceptive. See for yourself and don't be duped into buying something that says one things and then you get another.
