Alright it's been a few months. The quality is marginal, and the selection is weak.

The flower here is all ways over dry and not cured properly. Owner don't seam to care about patients just his pocket. Staff is great and friendly. Place is clean and good. Only problem is flower is to dry not cured properly. Owent don't seam to care about this at all.

Second visit in 2 weeks and it was very very poor quality. I think we can all relate when you find an old bag of weed in you drawer. It's rock hard, brittle and breaks into a powder almost, and makes you cough like crazy. Well that's what 2 different brands were like on Sunday. Coughing like crazy with a head ache. Sent an email and left a voicemail. No Response. Better luck with your dealer.

The shuttle and line is rediculous. Leafly is the only way to go right now unless you have nothing to do and can waste a day going to the shop. A couple things are disappointing though. The customer service on the phone was unbeatable and I thank you for that. My problem was with my order. First I was told the amount I was being charged. Then I checked my account and it was 3.50$ more. I’m assuming a card fee? Then also I only have 1 week till my product expires? Pretty bogus if you ask me. I wasn’t aware of either the added cost or expiration date. Not cool. I was going to call and say something but wasn’t sure what good it would do.

The bad reviews here are mostly justified, as are the good ones. Prices are ridiculously high like all the other dispensaries. Unless you have a medical card you’re at the mercy of their small flower menu. Two or three strains if you’re lucky. Good Chemistry in Worcester always has at least 6-10 strains of flower for the recreational users.. ALWAYS!! We are all aware that these sell out, and bla bla bla, but let’s face it Cultivate never has more than a small handful of options for the flower consumer. Chocolate OG has been their best.. hands down. If you want more variety go to Good Chem. If you want to save a shit ton of money go back to buying your flower from your private dealer. I get ounces of shit that’ll knock your duck in the dirt for $240 bucks. Retail shops get over $400 for the same ounce!!! But then again we are in Massachusetts and up here someone always has their hand up your ass bleeding you for your hard earned cash!!

Drove an 1 1/2 hours to get here. Upon arriving there were 2 police officers were out front. Having never been there before I started to turn into the parking lot and was stopped. I was asked if I was there for medical or recreational (not sure why it's their business anymore since it's legal). I said recreational and he just said, nope and pointed down the road. I went to ask a follow up question and he curtly said "Move your vehicle now". Not wanting to attract unwanted harassment from the Leicester Police, I just left defeated. I'll try another location next time.

Of course people from the Boston area would like a shorter trek, but it’s a straight shot down the pike. Go to the outstanding and beautiful Tree House Brewery in Charlton 10 minutes away and make a day of it!

Been waiting my whole life for a store like this!!!

I went here a few months back was very disappointed with the selection and knowledge. Not sure I would return again.

My visit was quick, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean, and the product is exceptional quality. I haven’t tried their edibles yet but I’m looking forward to. Prices are very fair.

I’ve been calling for hours with no one picking up the phone. I want to call first before making the trip.

Visited Saturday, 11.24. Arrived at 7:40am to be about the 25th car in line. The parking lot was opened at 9am. THe car line grew increasingly behind me as I waited for 9am. During the parking process at 9am, the numerous police and parking security were real helpful. Once parked,, you waited in line for a shuttle and recieve a ticket. You’ll need this ticket to enter the store. I suppose this deters walk-ins. Shuttles were efficient. I boarded the second shuttle and waited 30 mins for the store to open at 10am, in line in front of store. Once in, another fast moving line. Product was limited to 1 1/8th, 2 carts, 2 pre rolls. There was a limited number of strains available in flower, specifically sativas. Regarding sativas, pre rolls and carts offered several options. I picked up Seattle soda buds, durban poison and super lemon haze carts, moonshine haze and sour diesel pre roll joints. All products high quality. Nicely packaged products compared to some buds I’ve bought in Washington state. He Seattle soda bud seems slightly dry. Looks, tastes and smokes awesome. The half gram cartilages were selling at $75 per cart. I would not buy these again at the expense. Only bought because of flower limit. Pre roll joint seems like a gram or more of bud but the first one I am working on has not burned well and seems like it packed tight. I say that from a couple decades experience of joint rolling. The sour D joint I am burning has given a quick, hard hitting night that lasts - classic sour diesel. Shuttle back to car immediately after leaving store. Lots of cars lined up to park. TONS of demand. Limited product. Great coordination amongst police and store. Hopefully demand cools down a bit and more stores continue to open in the state to disperse volume of demand. Awesome place the chocolate OG is great.

I visited on March 1 2019, probably my 4th or 5th time here. To my disappointment, you could only get 1/8 of a particular strain. I came looking for a 1/4 each of GG4 AND 1/4 OF AJ'S SOUR DIESEL. Of course being disappointed I had left with 4- 1/8 of GG4, DIESEL, CLEMENTINE, and one other strain I can't think of at the moment. Well needless to say AJ'S SOUR DIESEL was the driest nubs I ever seen or felt. Literally the nubs exploded into dust between my fingers! Needless To say I was disappointed. I never had that problem here with extremely dried out weed. This is my first time describing this problem to anyone. I hope this is a one time issue because I love the people working here, and usually find it a great experience every time I'm there.

No joke this place sucks van such a joke No variety of flower just not worth it worst pot shop in the state l Don't know how anyone could give this place 5 stars must be staff their isn't a place in ma thats 5 stars maybe 4 not 5 stars quality and price just not there yet

What a boring selection!! one of the few stores where you have to cram into a smelly bus and then wait in a tent to go in. This place is awful prices are ludicrous don’t waste your time 😞

This has been my favorite dispensary in Massachusetts since it opened for recreational use. Since I was unable to get my medical card, the staff were still incredibly well versed and able to point me in the direction of what they thought would work best. Thank you to cultivate, and the large selection you always carry! -p.s. We all love the hexies!

No wait to get in or in line with Med Card but at 3:30 PM on a Monday, there wasn’t much of a wait to get in. Very few people waiting in the tent and shuttles were going back and forth pretty easily.
