Even with an 80 mile drive (both ways) it’s worth the trip. I order online and a smile and a bag awIt me.

Good strains a little DRY and has seeds . EVERYTIME I get a product from them it's .1 short. To expensive to be getting shorted.

I would expect to pay a little more in the beginning. The prices will level out in time. Its Business. This place worked hard to get to be one of the first ones to open, they have a beautiful, well kept clean store front and they are an all in one facility. I give them a lot of praise for what they have managed to accomplish. Thank you Cultivate :)

Be warned, they have two menu options,one for medical and one for recreational. I waited in line for 2hrs for something that i could not purchase for recreational purposes. There was no one to ask and no info posted before i made the trip and wasted my day. I left empty handed and will never return. They had about 6/7 staff on hand, i didnt get my disappointment until i reached the front of the line. Waited about 1.5hrs outside and then another 40min inside. (yes two lines, about 30 people inside, 35 people under the tent plus line that wraps out. Prices are ridiculous but your paying for the trend until competitors open up

I have been meaning to thank you for fulfilling one of my dreams since I attended opening day back in November. I’ve never stood in line 8 hours in my life but the Magic was there, no one even bothered complaining because every one there had fireworks going off in their chest. Your service is undeniably excellent ( under the circumstances) your product is a heavenly salvation. I am a frequent visitor which brings me to tonight. 2 weeks ago part of my order was a lemon skunk cartridge that sounded sooo yummy. Come to find out, the cartridge didn’t work in the vape I’d gotten there prior. I had gg4 to hold me over and judging by the professional nature of the place I was pretty sure Cultivate would make it right. I got there tonight and I don’t think I even got a sentence out before a lovely woman and a friendly apologetic gent explained and presented me with a lovely new pen to smoke cold pressed oil with and I did and lemon skunk is every bit of worth waiting for. Kudos to the Cultivate staff, their attention to detail and a job Well done. -simply sublime-

This place is such a breeze. It’s so calm. Quickest service around. Took me 10 - 15 minutes to get my items and go. You legit park across from a nursery, take a shuttle and order/pick up your stuff. Lines are small and staff is super easy going. Incredible service!

I've been there 3 times and I'm not a happy customer. The first visit was fine. The second visit they sold me a cartridge of pure garbage(cherry BS). It was so thick it was unsmokeable . I bought 3 pens trying to get it to go and I got some hits off it but in the end I went to the store to complain. They suggested I use a hair dryer to warm it to get it to flow but I don't have a hair dryer so I gave up. $75 gone. warning don't buy off brand cartridges from them. The third time I went there at 7:45PM, they close at 8PM. The security guard told me they were closed. I said its not 8! sorry they closed early. I was out of luck. They have a monopoly now. I cant wait until they have competition. I'm not a fan of the way they run the business.

i have a pre order waiting for pickup. i was told at 7:15pm that the shuttle was no longer running and they were completely full. when i drove by there was less than 5 people standing in the tent. and there phone system says there is a 10 min wait. super disappointed, i drove over an hour in traffic to get here. :(

I bought a cartridge last night that tastes like boiled spinach and spent flower in a vaporizer. Unusable, absolutely disgusting. They refuse to take it back. There are far superior places close by. Stay away!

Being only a week in business not bad I was told a lot more to come. Over all great quality great experience.

3rd stop in today - another great visit. Happy to hear so many new strains are coming soon. Excited to try new strains. Talked to other people in line and all felt the same. I don't have to drive an hour to get my medicine. HUGE PERK.

I have been to this establishment 5 times. Each time the wait was less, with the most recent visit (around 7pm) with no wait at all and parking in Cultivates lot was available. All but my last visit had restrictions on the amount you could buy. 2 of each type (flower,edibles, etc.) with the exception of vape oil and cartridges. Which bring me to my issues with their vape cartridge prices. They are extremely expensive. 70 to 80$ for a half a gram! I was paying 60$ for 1 gram cartridges from a third party and some may say that even that is too expensive. My next issue is with what’s shown here on the menu to what you actually get. Here is an example of what I’m referring to. You look at the menu here on Leafly and see that GG#4 is listed as having 20% thc or orange harambe as having 14%, great. But what they don’t mention is that it’s the % of thca, (non-intoxicating cannabinoid from cannabis which is converted to thc through heat) this is a bummer because if you’re smoking your bud, only a small percentage of that is converted to thc. It seems that most of the products that are available are designed for thca yields and not straight up thc, which sucks for the recreational customer who doesn’t know much about these things (me). So 4 out of the 5 times I’ve been to this establishment, they had a limited variety as to what you could buy, and all of those strains were thca based. So if you’re someone who wants potent strains and see a 20%+ thc yield here on Leafly, check to make sure while you’re in the store that it’s not thca they were referring to.

First trip today from Boston. Was disappointed. Adult use side was sold out of everything except 3 strains of bud (1/8oz limit) 1 type of gummies (limit one package of 10) and three strains of pre-rolled blunts (limit one). 1/8oz bud, 1 joint, and a pack of 10- 5mg gummies, was $99- so pretty expensive too. No cartridges,oil,shatter,tincture,pills, ect., so very disappointed in selection. Line was about 1/2 hour, parking about 1/2 mile away, but shuttle runs frequent, and there are cold shelters while waiting for shuttle and outside the store. Staff very friendly, helpful,and professional, but very limited selection and quantity allowance, and really bad website-have to look at adult use menu, if you can find it- is not up to date. Wouldn't have traveled if I knew selection and restricted quantity. No such issues in Northampton 1 week after opening. I know its early on, so as more stores open,selection,quantities,and prices should get better. I may give it a second shot if another closer store doesn't open soon, but at this point "my guy" has nothing to worry about. Lol.

outstanding customer service and knowledgeable budtenders

Product is as explained and advertized, I like the packaging. I ordered ahead on leafly, and there is a seperate online pickup line. Everyone was great, the security guards, the budsperson, the shuttle driver... I had a nice time on the shuttle; but it was a fun one or two times kind of fun, when it’s not busy. One of the best things about pot being legal should be that we don’t have to cram 10 people into a vehicle driven by a stranger for a short weird ride to go get weed.

Way to overpriced... I been all over the country and never seen 60 a quarter for 5%thc (dirt weed) RIP they will never get my service. For new smokers that want to try it probably the best choice for you... just because it's a legitimate shop.

I was hoping you would have some flower selections to purchase. but I see your one offering doesn't constitute a selection. Not at all worth the ride out to the dispensary . Time to step up your game.

Really not sure what to think about Cultivate from my first visit. Location is easy to find with a decent amount of parking. Facility is really clean and seems well put together. Not too much of a product selection but it's to expect as they are a somewhat newer dispensary. I had some sugar wax which was decent and the Sour D flower was actually pretty good. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Cultivate though specifically because of the service I received. Not sure if the kid was having a bad day or he just didn't want to deal with a new patient but he made me feel really unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Didn't explain anything to me at all, just basically said "what do you want?" and went right into the the transaction. Made me feel super rushed and kinda just sent me on my way, no thanks for coming down or hope to see you again. I guess I ask for a lot when it comes to customer service but when you barely have any product what else is going to get people to come back? Definitely need to step up your game Cultivate.

Took 2 hours , which I understand cause it’s new but the wait was outside and the heaters stopped working or weren’t even turned on at all. By the time we got in some strains were sold out and the other strains had a minimum purchase of 1/4 but we wanted 1/8 so we only had 2 options to choose from...pretty shitty to limit your product like that. Better shops are out there.

The truth. Service is fine. The jail house shuttles kill the vibe. The product is sub-par compared to other dispensaries. I’m sure they will settle in once things mature, but anyone telling you otherwise at this moment is not genuine.

We drive right past another dispensary in Gardner to come to Cultivate because the service and price can't be beat!
