I was very impressed at the assistance that the rep. provided over their online chat interface! They were especially accommodating and helpful, and offered to transfer a product on their rec menu to the med side so I could purchase it without paying rec. tax. My budtender was friendly and informative and made my visit an enjoyable experience! Your customer service has earned you a new customer who has already made the 1.5 hour trip twice to visit! Keep up the good work.

Best cartridges around. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The price of flower is a little more expensive than some other locations but great quality.

I like this shop because they are constantly expanding their inventory and looking for innoventive ways to make themselves better. The staff are great, they take the time to talk with you and answer any and all questions.

Stopped by at about 4:30 pm today (a Wednesday) and it was quiet. I was the only non-employee there at the time. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Got the $25 off first time coupon and I would recommend it to anyone.

My budtender Zack at Leicester mass cultivate was super helpful in explaining all the strands I had gotten especially since he knew I hadn’t tried any of them, and get this, he knew because he asked and seemed truly interested in explaining what each strand was good for. Not to mention the quality of there beautiful ladies and the selection. Only thing is there is a 1 eighth minimum but the pricing still gets progressively lower as you go from 1/8 to 1/4 etc... Overall really good experience and this will be my recreational spot til I get my license. Thx cultivate!!!!

They grow their own very potent strains. I bought a 5 pack of 0.5 gram prerolls of their Trap Glue. Not the first time with this strain and if you find it in the 22-25% tac range buy it.! It is almost a religious experience!😵‍💫

Nothing bad to say; BUT I have been going here since opening and I just discovered another dispensary and it was a HUGE improvement. At Cultivate, Lines are not (as) long, and waiting outside is varied (depending on time and day.) staff (in beginning) were new and (of course) a little short with customers. (No real connection to talk, very much “in and out” vibe and energy.) When I go in today (usually once a week) when the lines are short-chat it up! I have a favorite staff member :) and I enjoy her company and smile every time! I wish her energy was throughout and consumed by everyone working at cultivate. (Drivers, door security, etc.) I just feel sometimes I’m being transported and everyone’s awkward and stiff and quiet and it’s so uncomfortable. I think it would just help (A LOT) if parking was installed. Idk how or where-but shuttling makes me stop breathing from how awkward the silence is. My intention of this is not to at all compare or call Cultivate “out.” It’s to acknowledge what might not be known/said.

Amazing, conveniently located store. A+ customer service as well - entire staff is willing to help meet your needs and they have an extensive selection! Definitely recommend stopping by if you haven’t already.

Have shopped here twice, the dispensary is newish still and aesthetically pleasing, bought concentrates both times and were good quality but both times there was hardly a full gram which would have been incredibly upsetting if I had paid full price, staff was nice, more deals would make this the best dispensary around also being able to see exactly what we’re getting before purchase would also make this a very worthwhile experience

I first came to Cultivate the week they opened and I have never had a negative experience. The staff are all friendly and very knowledgable and the bud is always top shelf!

Convenient, easy to find location. Recreational customers park about a mile up the road but they have a speedy shuttle that swiftly transports you from the parking lot to the lobby! Order ahead online for quicker service. Snagged some The Evelyne flower and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

This was my first time visiting a dispensary and it was awesome! Evan was super friendly and helpful. Very nice facility! The cannabus made me nervous at first but was a really cool experience.

great selection of product and nice staff. only improvement i can suggest is that there were better discounts available. also as a high anxiety patient it's not always desirable to be in the same area as the adult use customers and can make the atmosphere and experience uncomfortable, but i know that's not an easy fix so im okay with dealing with it for now :)

I'd had similar edibles from a different dispensary so when i came to Cultivate, i got Watermelon Hexies and bought a few packages. They were nearly inedible, they were so disgusting. I don't expect edibles to taste good persay, but i don't expect them to taste like lighter fluid, either. Every single pack had a very very strong chemical taste. this was a few months back and i also did not like that i had to park miles away and take a bus, despite the parking lot being empty. I have not returned to Cultivate since. Product i tried was not good, Other products are priced higher compared to other dispensaries in the area, and it was inconvenient to get to.

Been to quite a few dispensaries in Western Mass, this was one of the nicer facilities I have been in. At this moment they didn't have an on-site parking lot, but there was one being constructed. I enjoyed the shuttle since this was one of the first times I was able to engage other recreational users in casual conversation and found them all to be extremely engaging and nice. I could imagine that on the weekend the traffic could be a headache, but I made sure to get there early in the morning to avoid the pay-day rush. Very large selection of flower, I believe there were at least 8 different strains all ranging in THC % from low teens to high 20's. They also at this time were one of the only places I could find that have kief for sale to recreational users.
