Today, as is often the case, you offer 9 in-house strains for REC customers, and only 2 for your MED patients. You folks are greeeeeeeeeeeedy, only care about profits, and are perfectly fine with that. What a shame.

Do you folks really have ZERO med flower available and a full stock of flower for the rec side? What a bunch of 🤡. Shameful.

Why do you consistently feel the need to overstock your Rec. menu and leave only scraps for your Med. patients? It's a shame, as I really enjoy your in-house flower... I guess I'll keep spending my thousands of dollars elsewhere. It's unfortunate, as I drive multiple hours now to spend good $ at other locations when I live a mere seven minutes from you folks. If you took a moment and weighed everything out 😉, you'd realize that your improved reputation by showing Med. patients more love would outstrip your short-term cater-to-rec-patients-only gains and you would likely then be considered one of the best dispos. in MA. Your bottom line would more than recover soon, and you would have gained many new and loyal customers, many of whom would by multiple ozs. from you regularly. You are aware of the concerns, as many have voiced them to you in person and on your Med. Leafly store. But, then again, what do I know? Have a great day all!

I was very impressed at the assistance that the rep. provided over their online chat interface! They were especially accommodating and helpful, and offered to transfer a product on their rec menu to the med side so I could purchase it without paying rec. tax. My budtender was friendly and informative and made my visit an enjoyable experience! Your customer service has earned you a new customer who has already made the 1.5 hour trip twice to visit! Keep up the good work.

I've enjoyed each visit to Hope Heal Health! The atmosphere is so inviting -- they did a really nice job with renovating the mill space, and the layout works quite well. Every budtender I've dealt with has been super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The managers who I've met have also been very helpful and eager to offer their insight. The quality of their in-house flower is very good, and they supplement their stock with a good selection from other sources. They used to have amazing deals on a regular basis, but they have been less frequent lately on larger quantities. To be fair, some of their sales have been top-notch, so they set the bar a bit high. :-) Keep up the good work, HHH, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!
