I am agreeing with the fellow that stated Sunnyside is the "WalMart of Weed." It doesn't matter what time of day or how busy they are--you will end up waiting in line with 10 registers and only 3 of them staffed. I just can't comprehend or understand where the inefficiency lies. Yesterday I was second in line, and still had to wait almost 15 minutes to be served. WHAT TAKES SO LONG? The other Rockford competitor has made it so simple--why has Sunnyside made it so complicated and time-consuming? The competitor's product is in full-display, you don't have to order online, the bud-tenders don't have to wait around for a "420" or "TA", and free food/music on Wednesdays!! I always know I will be in/out within 5-10 minutes consistently.
Unfortunately they don't have the selection that Sunnyside offers--so recreational users are stuck with Sunnyside's inefficient service. It's never a "quick trip" to pick up something, because even if they are slow, you'll end up waiting for some stupid reason.
Sunnyside, your competitor is vamping up their buying strategy, and because product selection is the only thing holding myself and others back from dumping you, it would behoove you to figure it out soon, because you have a lot of disgruntled customers out there...

Could not have been happier. Drove down from Beloit. Friend and I stopped to check out the Rockford dispensary. Beautiful location. Nicest security. Great reception. No wait. Staff were even on the floor to answer any and all questions. I appreciated the kindness in all the staff I met. Great everything/everybody

I have been here several times and I have learned not to come on the weekends when its busy. If you come during a week day it's always smoother. I went yesterday and Corey made some awesome recommendations, when I got home I looked into the products he told me about and I can't wait to try them out next time. The previous time I went Grant helped me out and he was also very polite and knowledgeable. To summarize, the staff is great, products are good but pricey, and if you go during the week you won't have to wait much.

Service is 1 star for a disfunctional website. Literally can't login to place an order and when I call there's no answer. Clearly they think they have enough demand to disregard customers. Been there before, and they're generally fine onsite. But I can't recommend them at the prices they have if they can't even keep a functional website. Go elsewhere if you can.

Follow up to my review.
There should be a way for Sunnyside to track orders. My order conformation with order number was in my email box sent to me from Rockford store.
The customers service person did not ask me to see my in-box email conformation. I still have email from Rockford store which proves the item was listed. Many industries will over book/sell their items that are for sale. Its common practice. The customer service job is supposed to solve problems, not insult and humiliate a regular cash paying loyal customer.
Do not make a problem worse by making the customer defend themselves.
The atmosphere is up thigh and on edge. Every time I go to the store atmosphere has a feeling paranoia.

This location is great when you know what you need and want to get in and out after work. They're my go-to for my weekly supply of concentrates and Vapes as they always have a strain or product that works for me. Much easier and faster checkout when placing your order online of course, but after my last purchase of the Joos Apple Fritter cart tasted just like Edward's Apple Orchard in one puff, I'll be back for more as always.

They just raised prices on half’s. 189 now before taxes. LOLOLOL these people need to stop smoking at work. Service is also terrible sloooooooow don’t have what you ordered. This has happened many times even though it’s supposed to be held for two hours. If Cresco doesn’t get their act together I might have to sell the stock I own.
I placed an online order through Leafly for pickup, I had 2 items in my cart that were listed as having promotions on them. My cart total was $185 plus a 25% tax would have equaled out to around $230-$240. I was told when I got there that those items just weren't actually on promotion. Showed them the email showing the pricing they had listed online... they didn't care. It ended up being $295 for a 1g disposable vape, a quarter oz of shake, and a .5g cart. Unfriendly, insanely expensive, and poor service.
Absolutely insane... 0/10... will be driving to Michigan where you can get 10x 1g carts for $100 going forward because hard YIKES.

During my first visit to this location, I ran into a couple small problems that were my fault, and the staff members were EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant and it really meant a lot to me. Stephen L was SO nice and truly made my night. He did something for me out of the kindness in his heart and I'll never forget him. The building seemed really clean and the entire experience was great! The line was short and moved quickly. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely come back here again! Thanks again Stephen!

I spent $650 here to take advantage of the "spend 420 deal and get 1000 bonus points. Not only did I not get this, the cashier split my order up to ensure that I didnt. I spoke with a supervisor who told me it would get fixed, she didnt even try. I received 250 loyalty points when I should have received 1600+. They can go ahead and keep my points or give them away. They probably wont miss me but i happen to like upfront and honesty where I spend my money. I didnt even recieve regular points for my purchases. I will never go to Sunnyside again.

Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. And then found me a better deal than what I had ordered and saved me about $30! They do go above and beyond here.

my budtender Natashia was helpful in telling me the effects of the products I brought, she was nice,cool atmosphere, I went 4/20 weekend so it was busy,but the line moved quickly..of course prices are taxed but it's IL.

I have checked out with Carrie at least the last 3 times now. She is absolutely professional, with an excellent eye for detail. Always triple checks my orders and makes sure I get all the discounts I am eligible for. I am an original Pilot Program Paitent at this Rockford location. I am a big believer in being loyal to one location. I could transfer to a much closer location but because of people like Carrie, I choose to travel to this location…

Had a stellar visit to the Rockford location. I was in and out so fast I didn’t get time to look at all the cool interesting swag they had set up. June helped me check out and even though it was august when I went she was very pleasant. It’s was very satisfying walking through there and a very fun inviting environment!! I will definitely be back and telling everyone that will listen to visit this place!!

1 star overall because I was disrespected and scammed out of my money literally...
- made an order online; total after tax = $110.10
- am given my order total upon speaking to the reception. Order slip says $110.10...
- cashier tells me it is $120. I show the online and physical proof that after tax, it's $110.10. Vague excuses as to why. I can tell something is off. I begrudgingly pay 120. I speak to a manager after.
- Mgr. Janelle tells me cashier is new, and she asks me to wait as she asks. Cashier made an error and I overpaid by $10.
- Janelle does NOT offer to re-ring me. Janelle instead takes my ONLY receipt, writes a note stating my name and, "$10 off next time"...
- Janelle tells me she will "put it on her desk". No further actions are offered to rectify the situation.
So I was essentially illegally scammed out of $10 and I wasn't offered money back OR even an apology. 1 star. What a shame.
