Sunnyside Cannabis Dispensary - Champaign

I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about, but I've just recently started going to thus dispensery within the past month and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. The service is CRAZY fast! Even on a busy day, they're still faster than mc..you know. 10/10 highly recommend. So friendly. Vibes are chill. Great atmosphere. Great customer service.

I understand they get some bad reviews, but honestly their prices are better than other local dispensaries, they always run sales and you can be in and out during the right times. I actually had a major issue with a purchase and was really mad. I went back and a manager named Tyler promptly and very professionally helped me with my issue. He was polite and understanding and actually made me feel a lot better. He seems like a good, smart manager. I know when you go inside it can feel a little weird-like some employees are looking all mean and tough and like judgy, but everyone is actually really cool. Even the security guards. You just have to talk to them a little bit. And they are way nicer and cheaper than nuera or some other places. And thats a fact jack. I just appreciated the help. Thanks Tyler!

Drove out of my way to shop here (a couple weeks ago). I cheerfully walked up to counter, excited to check out a new dispensary. Guy checking IDs says Rec or Med? Rec, I say. He replies, online only orders for Rec. Feel free to place your order over there. Points to 3 guys staring at phones in the rain. Nah, I'm good, I said. My phone was almost dead, also why does Med have other options? I went somewhere else and havnt returned.

Well first off they need to all be on the same page, I come here frequently and I mean on the regular, and one day one Karen of a manager decides not to take my state I D cause my kids bent it, although it still scans and works and I’m a 70s baby so now why didn’t you take my ID? Get your management on one page and decide! Don’t take it one day and not the other consistency!! Disappointed

Didn't log my pickup order, was very rude while I tried to confirm the order. Told me it was the wrong address, showed them the address was correct. Either the staff in incompetent or they lied in alerting me that my order was ready.
