I have been here several times. It was this visit that the order taker was very friendly and helpful, this had not been my experience before this visit. However the cashier's were downright unfriendly. They had such a negative vibe that I think I will not return to this location.

This was my first time at a dispensary and this place was amazing. The iPad dude was super friendly helped me find something that was perfect, for a 1g northern lights cartridge and it’s amazing. Will definitely come back here again!!

These people think that because they’ve cornered the quasi-legal sales to WI market they can just do whatever the hell they want.
On multiple occasions I have opened the product to find human hairs entangled with my nugs.
They do not try very hard to follow social distancing guidelines- opting instead to have armed guards who can’t figure out what way arrow signs should point yelling at you to stand on sidewalk cracks (which is less than 6 ft). On very busy days they wrap the line around such that the end of the line and the beginning of the line are less than a foot apart (thereby doubling the people customers are exposed to). When I suggested that the line should be doubled up instead of wrapped around the white guy with poorly kept dreadlocks bitched at me and said that it would violate social distancing (it would, but only half as much as the system they put us through and this is not the first time said white dude w/ dreads was unreasonably cold).
The weed is super average, and as mentioned before, occasionally comes w/ free human hair. The edibles are extremely overpriced. The concentrate is good, however the cartridges and disposable pens are grievously overpriced (its all overpriced but the edibles & vapes moreso.)
My advice for edible consumers is to buy concentrates and prepare your own edibles at home, it will reduce the cost fivefold and also you will be able to take home more medicine at a time. My advice for flower consumers is to find a better store.
My advice for the managers is to fire the white dreadlock dude because I will not be coming back until that issue is dealt with, and if he is having a bad day as frequently as it seems then surely other customers have similar experiences.
Lastly, occasionally they will run out of what you ordered and they of course swap it for presumably a similar product. While it would be appreciated if they could send you some notice before hand, at the very least I would expect them to discuss the swapped product w/ you so you may be certain it meets your needs.
Ok, actual lastly, the Indica/Sativa/Hybrid shit is fake. I have no faith in there ability to discern medical customer’s needs because everything is branded as sativa= awake indica = asleep and it is frequently not that simple.
And also, they are too cowardly to call Durban Poison what it is- Durban Poison. An utter disgrace.

I felt very welcomed into the building, from security, front desk, information ipad guy and cashier!
I asked a lot of specific questions and they were answered with knowledge and a smile. I felt very comfortable from start to finish!

Closed early at 745pm on 4/9/21 because of a "line surge". Many cars were turned away by security. The hours are 8am-8pm. I came back today to pick up the order I wanted last night. I should've gotten a discount of some sort for the inconvenience OR just went to Rockford..

Store doesn’t open till 10 but advertises online and on the front door that it opens at 9. Employees were rude and not helpful at all, revise your advertised store hours before more people waste their time with you guys.

It feels a lil bit checking in for a flight or going to the bank as it's a bit sterile and strict with the COVID policies, but they're just trying to keep everyone safe...so I don't fault them. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about their products which are super high quality and as cheap as can be with the crazy high IL taxes.

if you are looking for flower with actual thc in it, avoid this place at all costs. all they sell is flower with thca in it. as we all know, there is no psychoactive ingredient in thca. thus you are being ripped off plus 34% tax. do yourself a favor and stay away from south beloit. they also don't have a budtender on staff.

I’ve been to Sunnyside South Beloit twice now. Today is no wait. The vibe is waaay better than Rockford. The Budtenders are awesome. I think Kat was my bud tender. They are good at changing your order and recommending products. I was buying Blueberry today and a bud tender passing by said, “Hey we just got Blueberry Headband in.” Guess what? I bought another 3.5 grams. My only complaint is the price. $80 for 3.5 grams after tax. Still a great store.

The service and atmosphere were honestly great, where I ran into problems was with the actual product. I bought 7g of shake (GG #4) and was excited as it's a strain I have had and enjoyed in the past, but from the moment I smoked it, I had a persistent headache and cough. Upon further inspection I realized that the stems had simply been ground up along with and pretty evenly distributed in the actual flower. Paying the relatively high prices that buying from a dispensary entails, I would expect higher quality than that, or at least that more of the product be actually smokeable without tediously picking out all the pieces of stems. I would recommend sticking to flower as the stems are easily spotted and picked out, but this has sadly colored my opinion on this dispensary/who they source from.

I asked the Budtender about the effectiveness and cost of Veil, Weed Smoke Odor Eliminator Spray Bottle. The Tender of line 6, Cory W. was totally honest and he could have easily lied to push a sale. Cory said he had never used it and called the 420 on the floor over to see if she knew anything about it. Nope, nothing, nobody had tried it or knew anything about it. That did not surprise me, I mean it's legal. What did surprise me was the honesty of all of the employees. That impressed me enough to throw down another twenty bucks and test it out for everyone. Well, It works FANTASTIC! Corey W., The 420 & Entire Line-up of Budtenders working that day deserve all the credit for that sale. I've tried a ton of Sprays, Scent Bombs, Hanging Christmas Trees, Odor Removers and/or Dope Smell Repellents for my vehicle with no success. The Bottle of Veil has never made it out of the car, it works GREAT. Thank You Corey W.! My friend, You deserve a tip jar, at the very least. I've been to this dispensary a number of times, and usually the lines aren't too bad. Today when I arrived (1/2/2022) after an hour drive, the item I'd ordered was sold out. After talking with Christian C., he offered some suggestions of substitutions. He worked with me to find a suitable substitute and his supervisor, I believe her name is Sarah, allowed Christian to give me a price match so that I received the amount I'd originally ordered, for the same price! Great customer service!!!!
