Bring a tent and plenty of supplies unless you order online before you visit…. Slowest service I have EVER experienced.

Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The wait times can get long (over an hour) so make sure to allow for enough time.

I left a review a couple of days ago. One thing I would like to add... Cresco Labs Sunnyside in Rockford and South Beloit need to answer your phones. I required help setting my account up with Sunnyside when I moved here from the East coast. Calling them gave me...crickets and an answering service. That is inexcusable. If anything, give people a job answering client calls from home. I placed a one star on your ratings above for just that reason. Encouraging clients to contact the company via phone calls, when you are well aware NO ONE WILL ANSWER only frustrates us. The initial excuse was Pandemic related. That no longer flies.... Hire employees to answer client calls from home. Give them real time updates of inventory information, line length and wait times to pass on to clients along with product details. Provide people safe jobs. This can offer veterans, elderly folks, and disabled individuals income offering clients information they need. Much better than, a recording. Come on, man! If you love incompetent businesses, and needlessly standing in line then Sunnyside Beloit is your jam. Seriously though, this place is complete BS. It's the closest to me, so I go. But as soon as something else opens SS is dead to me. I literally hate going here.

The Guy Tommy was awesome! Calls himself SeeWeed lol that’s pretty dope. He definitely has good energy and the knowledge he has on the products was really informative…I’ll be telling my friends and family !

This place has the best dabs & moonrock! Thanks to Tommy he always get me right when I come visit! Ask for Tommy if you decide to shop here, he’s my Go to guy forsure !

Never staffed properly. Bathrooms don’t work and they won’t let you use theirs after a long ride. Ordering systems, Merchant accounts, ATM’s,etc. always have something wrong with them. Long long long lines. Workers are very friendly. I always try to be cheery because they are probably having a worse time dealing with the incompetent leadership than the customers. It is easier taking an hour drive out of your way to avoid this dispensary. Hell, it was easier to purchase prior to legalization than this place. If you must go there, tip the workers it isn’t their fault.

Marissa helped me on the day I was there, she was down like 4 flat tires! I even asked if I had something on my face and she was just as helpful with that as she was with the buds. Top notch human! Love the dispensary every visit!

it was cool i like the streamline look of the place no fuss they get down to business then you leave my favorite type of place flower is pungent and fresh carts are always good if you get cresco others are hit or miss

I got a eighth of holy grail kush by NATURES GRACE, DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!! yesterday the 31st of may I got a eighth that was 1.4 grams of undeveloped seeds i wont even smoke it and I have yet to hear anything about fixing this problem. There is also blueberry flower that is full of undeveloped seeds also this is soppose to be a dispensary that stands behind there product alot of people are going to get really mad I've had multiple problems but none are as bad as this one seed is no big deal but over 30 I. A eighth that's a problem Natures grace shouldnt be growing if that's what they produce

This was my first time at a dispensary and this place was amazing. The iPad dude was super friendly helped me find something that was perfect, for a 1g northern lights cartridge and it’s amazing. Will definitely come back here again!!

First things first, this is a brand new facility and it's very clean. Very professional. I've been through CO and it can be hit and miss. They had a better Adult Use or Recreational selection over a lot of shops I've visited. Want to throw a quick shout out to Stephanie L. who set me up with some awesome picks and I will most definitely be visiting again.

This place is fantastic, even when the parking lot’s fun, line out the door, they’re still on their game without sacrificing quality of service. Speaking of service though, Nickolas is literally the best ever: I’m so happy when I see him when I walk in that I hope the weed line gods are in my favor so that I can see him. He is just such a goodhearted, welcoming person that he just naturally cuts through any bad times or anxieties.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Had a great experience with Dylan during my last visit, he refunded me the ATM fee!

Sunnyside was a great experience. 5 stars for them. My concern is for people going out of state, beware of entrapment,police parked across street from entrance/exit of Sunnyside.

The only thing that I can complain about is the waiting in line. They spread you out over several lines and then usually 1 cashier is going back and forth between two lines. And for a dispensary that you have to have an order already placed, you'll get stuck a lot with everyone at the counter changing their orders and then your stuck even longer. Should be a spot, out of line to go to to change your order. Supposed to be in and out!

if you are looking for flower with actual thc in it, avoid this place at all costs. all they sell is flower with thca in it. as we all know, there is no psychoactive ingredient in thca. thus you are being ripped off plus 34% tax. do yourself a favor and stay away from south beloit. they also don't have a budtender on staff.

My first time in a dispensery in Illinois. I have been twice now. It is a very large place. Largest in Illinois. Its right by the highway to make it easy for travelers. It was the easiest an quickest time i've ever had at a dispensery. No hassle almost like an express service. On top of that both flower products I purchased were topshelf quality, Very happy with my experience.
