Service and selection were great. Online preorder was hassle free and the budtender was very friendly and helpful. The in house Chocolate OG that i picked up is beautiful, fresh, sticky and has great efffects.
My first experience at a smoke shop. The staff worked above and beyond just being employee's. They are very informative and friendly and a very warm atmosphere. There the bomb!!!
Ordered online and it was ready with no wait when I arrived. This was my first time here and after the level of service and friendliness with everyone I interacted with, I will be back soon! The staff and facilities in both Framingham are great. On point with covid stuff, knowledge and customer service top notch. Packaging, presentation, experience all great. Quality of edibles is great, once regulations and tolerances are factored in.
The quality on all flower is mid level at best with top shelf prices, and on more than one occasion light on weight.
Yet, Comparable if not better than competition.
as a former employee I recommend going to just about any other dispensary on route 9, used to be an awesome place to work for and shop at but cresco has unfortunately made this place a miserable horrible place to work/shop at, they buy more product then they'll ever sell and it just sits there until they have to throw it out
