This place.... great if you like being forced into products that will not work for you. Also bought herb here and got ripped off, I guess 3.5 to them is 3.1 to them

Medical customers are treated with disrespect at the door... and their products are manipulated for less of your healing / energy / happiness. Bought what i always buy... $100 worth of flower... got $20 worth of effect. I am basically smoking more often because of the degraded/manipulated product. There may be some test with a pharma chemical being run on me instead of what i wanted to buy because i'm not happy... i am getting headaches & bodyaches... and i'm basically burning my tongue (which has never happened in my 25 years of experience with weed).. vs two weeks ago with the same strain and finished with two hits. Very disappointed in how this crooked bullshit could happen with 5 security guards and 4 lockable doors and a happy black girl on their Advertisement. I feel completely minimized and acted-upon by this crooked company.

I've enjoyed each visit to Hope Heal Health! The atmosphere is so inviting -- they did a really nice job with renovating the mill space, and the layout works quite well. Every budtender I've dealt with has been super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The managers who I've met have also been very helpful and eager to offer their insight. The quality of their in-house flower is very good, and they supplement their stock with a good selection from other sources. They used to have amazing deals on a regular basis, but they have been less frequent lately on larger quantities. To be fair, some of their sales have been top-notch, so they set the bar a bit high. :-) Keep up the good work, HHH, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

The staff was rude, and not helpful whatsoever. Products are good, but the service ruined the whole experience.

Came in for my first visit today and was welcomed by a friendly security team at the door. The place looked great and Liam the bud tender was awesome. Great service and you can tell he really wants to help each patient that walks in.

When does this dispensary go recreational?

The location itself is in a remodeled factory building, and they make it look goooooood! Beyond the environment being completely relaxed, the budtenders are very educated and super friendly. They have specialists with accurate knowledge on the dab and vape questions, and they'll recommend the right flower for what needs treated. Feels good to get honest, accurate answers! The focus is on the patient here!

I came in for 1 gram of concentrate and mistakenly left with a cartridge instead. I called and spoke to a manager who told me to swing back for an even exchange. I received an even better deal; Excellent service and bud-tending, thank you.

Medical patients have one option for sativa. You'd have to request options from the recreational counter unless you're willing to accept the old dry bud they're offering for medical. The person who claims to 'personally stock the shelves' shouldn't butt into conversations. He was rude and had no idea of what I was asking. I ended up leaving without another half ounce as it was obvious that I shouldn't have asked for decent product. I stated that I'd pay the difference in price..Recreational use has many many options on the menu. Medical has the old product and very little to choose from. Rec pays higher prices and therefore receive better quality product and treatment.

The flower has improved to the point that I believe it is the best in the area. The cornbread pheno that they grow is freakin superb. Your really missing out if you pass on visiting this place. They are focusing on the fundamentals and it shows. -Coach

I made the decision to buy the Ice Cream Cookies Live Sugar and let me tell you, I was baked like apple pie. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing the HHH live sugar it’s so good. I hope they continue to grow their impressive selection of in-house products.

Well the place looks really nice but I was very disappointed in the products the bud was very dry and aweful so I’ve never been back since then

Beautiful inside. Staff are a delight and very knowledgeable. Online order/store pick up is a great bonus. Conveniently located by a highway exit.

Seriously the friendliest and most knowledgeable dispensary in the area. Every bud tender brings different knowledge to the table. Keep an eye out for their markdown corner. Often you can find grams for $9.
