Overpriced for bad quality weed. Horribly ran, can’t even look at the flower anymore. Have had several bad experiences here!

As a medical patient, I paid exactly $100 more for the exact same order that I have been getting for the last year.. Talk about greedy! shameful!!!

Today was my first visit and Andrew was awesome, really helpful and friendly definitely my new place to go to

Didn’t have the best experience today... Went in for some Dutchie pre-rolls (got GG#4) and the first one was awesome. The second part of my visit was where it got rocky. Ordered 1/2 grams of PinaRita and Strawberry Daquiri concentrates. After leaving we realized the 25% discount wasn’t applied and had to turn around to get that readjusted. Then when we got home the PinaRita wasn’t even there. Was given Skunk Haze instead. Not the best visit but I will be back

Put in online express order waited 45 mins at dispensary. I Notified front desk that walk in med was being served before me and one of the associates was extremely rude. Tried to explain the situation since she was only half way in the area where we were talking but she got loud and rude she then talked to the manager. He was completely unprofessional and unprepared to handle his role so I decided to leave because the lack of communication and demeanor of manager since there were still 2 other express orders for patients who were there before me who also received the same treatment . I wasted an 45 mins waiting, 15 mins for online order. Went to the next closest dispensary and it was their first day doing Recreational and I was in and out in 20 mins. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Very friendly! A little pricey compared to others but it’s still nice. Great first time incentive!

Hadn’t been here in 2 years! Meds are still overpriced and quality went way down! I guess it’s only worth it when it’s bogo on the eighths since you’re paying for what the meds are actually worth!

Just be very careful what they "sell you" then actually give you. Management doesn't seem to understand how to "make right" inevitable mistakes.

Andrew is fucking fantastic. Everybody provides great service and is there to help. Best weed in the valley

I went to this location to specifically buy an ounce of Blackberry Kush. I needed this amount. This is why I was there. They only had a half. :-( My guy grabbed all the Blackberry Kush 1/8ths in the display cases and figured this problem out!! Problem solved. Will definitely be back.

Stopped by as I drove through chandler. Heard about high prices so I wasn’t shocked when I saw the stickers. Flower was meh and the service was unprofessional at best. Environment was uninviting and wouldn’t return.

Great service. Friendly & knowledgeable staff provide an environment that makes you want to come back. The prices leave way too much to be desired for a return trip. I'll drive a few extra miles to pay half the price for better or equal quality. Don't bother with their up-sell product. It's the same stuff for a higher price. The don't exchange faulty products, despite the manufactures return policy. If they'd get with the program they'd have a loyal customer.

don't waste your time HWC Phoenix members - your membership is not honored at this location meaning you get the privilege of paying more money for the same bud. really HWC? your can't honor your own membership program?

Love this place, just WAY to pricey. Drive a lil farther and you can get cheaper meds at the same quality

Loved the location, and the flower was very potent. Though it was my first time, i will continue to go and hope for the same result.

First and foremost, the Staff is pretty impeccable. I forget her name, probably due to my medicinal use 😛, but the receptionist is always nice and inviting. We've had some great conversations about the ever expanding world of Marijuana and it's uses. Also, the budtenders are great. Last night, the BudTender was exceptional. Young girl, red hair, glasses, you're great. Thanks for working with me, even though the sheet on your side didn't have the deal I was talking about 😂. (Sorry I don't remember names lol). As for quality of the product, I recently started trying the Aeriz line and have to say, as a self proclaimed GSC aficionado, their flower is pretty on point. High key my new favorite brand. If you're a fan of GSC, I'd give it a try. Doesn't compare to the Bay collectives, but it's about as close as it gets for us AZ people. Atmosphere is all dependant on time and day. Want a chill personable atmosphere? Show up a little later. This place gets 🔥 on the weekends and sometimes during the day on weekdays. I usually go in late and it's super laid back. As an OG, I like this place. Flower is great, Customer Service is great, good vibes all around. I'll keep coming back 💯. Big D Approved 👊

I called to verify the first time patient special but one get one on a quarter of flower applies to aeriz and abundant organic. They receptionist sayed yes of course they just don’t do bogo on pre packed flower like grow sciences and nectar farms. So I drove out of my way 35 min each way to be told that they could only offer me bogo on their oasis in house flower. Total bullshit if you ask me. False advertisement and I even called ahead to verify that I could use it on good flower before I drove all the Way there. I won’t be returning or recommending anyone comes to a place that can’t honor what their specials say on their page.

i went here for the item 9 bogo cartridge promotion and the ftp special. otherwise, WAY too overpriced. I would never go here for flower. 60$ an eighth is too much, even their lower tiers were overpriced. I got 2 of them and it was mid at best. the budtender was pretty cool though.

I like the bud tenders and everyone on the staff is nice but the bud has fell off ever since it changed from herbal wellness you guys were one of the top dispensaries step up on the strains man.other then that good

Worst dispensary experience ever! Even when socially distancing I was going to go veiw the wall of product and got repermaded. May I mind you the station I was at was to far away being the one on the far left away from everything he constantly would say I know what we got. Unfortunately for me I was getting a cartridge so that made the choices exponential I can't just come up with a flavor off the top of my head. Very rude customer service will not be coming back.

Every one at Oasis is always takes the time to be personable. Feels more like family than just a customer. Big thanks to everyone
