I had a coupon from canapages for a buy one get one cartridge. I called the location to ask how it would work and they said that it would be valid on any cartridge. I drove 30 minutes just to get there and find out that the coupon would not be honored because it had to be printed out and couldn’t just be on my phone. This wasn’t listed anywhere on the coupon and I was not told this over the phone when I called prior to coming in. The bud tender was very polite and it wasn’t her fault, but I am extremely disappointed that the company did not honor the coupon when the policy wasn’t listed anywhere. I’ve been a loyal customer to this dispensary, but I probably won’t be back after this.
The staff is great. I appreciate the lengths they're taking to prevent covid19 spread.
On the last 3 visits, i have had to wait in line outside for 30min to 90min. On Saturday, i waited in the hot sun- no shelter. I don't change my order when i pick it up, which i suggest you enforce-no changes. My transaction takes less than 5 min!
Please find a better method. Other dispensaries have the patient wait in their car, and they text when ready.
I liked the way Oasis staff is handling the social distancing. The made sure a gloved employee held the door open as you came in and as you exited. They had hand sanitizer in front and inside the dispensary. They were efficient and the line moved quickly. I can't say the same for other nearby dispensaries.
I like that we have to do online orders but it sucks that your system does match what your selling. First I order 3 of something that’s sold out once I pick up. Then two batters where priced differently, they were more expensive than it showed on the menu once I picked up so it would be nice if you could do something about the price being the same as you advertised would be great, also I know you get a lot of orders but I should be able to receive what I order
I spent a good amount on 4 grams of Sauce for the bud tender chick to put one sideways and even one upside what the heck?? Not the first time she’s done this so annoying and frustrating. Obviously it’s gonna leak.
My change was $1.22. The bud tender only handed me the coins not the 1 dollar bill. I had intended giving it to her for tip anyway so I didn’t mention anything but I did notice it. I feel that’s kinda sketchy if you ask me.
Everyone here is awesome and very friendly and helpful!! Courtney Morgan Amanda and Katie have always had wonderful recommendation for me and what I need to help with my pain! This is the best shop I've ever been to! Keep up the Awesome work everyone!
Ok, this was the 1st dispensary I'd been too and was in amazement at how knowledgeable my tender was. She directed me to exactly what I needed for the relief of my aches n pains.
I went back multiple times n had the pleasure of dealing with a few other tenders n they were extremely helpful in my addressing my needs.
I was also Blessed with the opportunity to try one of their new vendors and was provided some Blueberry OG to try.. I must say it was very good!
I didn't feel rushed and received good information about the products.
This place has the right name.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.. STICK WITH THE OASIS SOUTH DISPENSARY.. I'm going to visit the North soon...
Oasis South is my go-to dispensary they have very knowledgeable of staff who are also very helpful and kind. Top notch products great selection also! I recommend this dispensary to anybody in the area!!

first time at this location and wow was it a step up from another shop I go to. the vibes were excellent, very clean and friendly. a large amount of medicne and top notch too. morgan was my bartender and she was awesome too. ill go back
