I’ve been to a few locations for my medicine and always felt rushed and lack personal communication. This place though, AMAZING. Great service. The online ordering makes it easy for me to know what I am getting and how it will help my symptoms. Prices are good and have pretty good deals through the week. Does get a little busy sometimes but you can wait inside and not In the heat like other places

When you place an order, you expect that the items you ordered are available when you get a confirmation. This was the second time that when I went to pick up the items at the facility that they said they were out of the items. So ordering/confirmation may be hit or miss when you actually pick up your purchase.

Considering the health issues with COVID-19, I’m sure oasis is doing the best they can to keep the staff and patients healthy. Thank you! As of now they are only taking online orders. My order was placed right as they opened which was 12pm. On April 1st. When I arrived which was about 1 pm there was already a line formed outside because only 4 patients in the lobby at once and only a few in the back paying/picking up for their order. So in the meantime the line begins to form and the sun is starting to beat down on you. There’s no shade standing ther. I got myself some color today🙃 finally it’s my turn to go in the back. I’m glad my bud tender rechecked my order because one of my items were missing. But all in all the oasis is a decent place to go. Just wish they had one in the east valley. The staff is friendly.

Overall a very good dispensary but some employees could have better customer service. I mean, "im sorry I only smoke the top tier so I wouldn't even have a suggestion" is a horrible sales pitch and "suggests" snooty attitude which is always frowned upon in my book. Otherwise thumbs up.
