Pros: great selection, late hours, friendly reception and security, nice waiting room, great pricing, no pre weighed meds and nice relaxing vibe. Meds were ok too. You definitely get what you pay for. Cons: budtender was a cocky, brash know it all who was borderline dbag. Can you say bro enough bro??? Perhaps it was just him but after reading good reviews I had set the bar pretty high for Natures az. Where is the professionalism? Does everyone get spoken too like that? Concentrates anyone??? Ive seen better concentrate selection elsewhere, how about everywhere. Wait times are pretty awful too. We waited about 30 minutes and our budtender said this was nothing! Really?!? Getting meds here can take a huge chunk time, plan ahead accordingly. Definitely not a quick stop by any means. Lastly, they don't update their Leafly menu! I came in specifically for Blackwater and checked the menu right before I came in only to learn its all gone! Ugh! So disappointing. In fact its still on the menu now, the morning after! In summary I can see why people love this place. People love Walmart too...The late night hours are awesome. But after having my card renewed 3 times I rather choose a faster, more professional place with better service and concentrates hands down. Just my two cents y'all. Don't get butt hurt its just an opinion

by far my favorite! I love the staff and feel like one of the family. The new improvements to the store have made it even better. This is why I love this establishment. ♡♡♡

Unbelievably long wait times, hours for walk-in. Pickup isn’t much better. Serving people by groups, ended up leaving before purchasing any products. Would not recommend

This place is ok until someone there makes a mistake. After that they start loosing there cool. I have been going here for about 3 or 4 months now. As a returning customer, I expect to be treated with respect. This is what happened. I went in to purchase 4.5 grams of the $10 per gram meds. I picked out my meds and I was given a total of $48.74. I hand the bud tender my debit card, he completed my transaction, handed me my debit card and meds, and I went on my way. 5 days later, I get a call from the bus tender, that helped me 5 days earlier, stating that he messed up on the transaction and that my card was never charged. I then confirmed with my bank that the amount had not come out of my bank account. Now, most people, at this point, would pull a Steve Miller and "Take the Money & Run". However, I am an honest person. I told the guy that I would come pay the amount but that this was not only a inconvenience that this threw off my budgeting, but I don't live very close to there either. It is a 22 mile round trip for me to go there and back. So, naturally, I calmly stated this and that I wanted to know how I would be compensated for my inconvenience. At this point the bud tender starts getting flippant. He at this point reluctantly offers me one pre-roll for my trouble. I was not really satisfied with that so I started to tell him that I felt that my time is worth more than one pre-roll considering that this was not my mistake to begin with. At this point the tender looses his cool and says to me "Well you can come and get the pre-roll or you can BE THAT WAY AND NOT PAY!" Now I'm mad. I'm offering to KEEP THIS GUY FROM HAVING MONEY TAKEN OUT OF HIS CHECK AND YET HE IS STILL GETTING MAD and acting like this is somehow MY FAULT. So I asked for a manager which was able to work things out calmly. But was this the end? NOPE! I went in yesterday to pay for this his mistake. I get buzzed in, hand over my card, and go sit down. Not 2 minutes later do I here them talking about "how to handle this" at the front desk which made me a little uncomfortable. I then get called back by a tender who was not part of the situation. I then had to explain to him what was going on and wait for a manager. This is irritating because it is all noted on the screen so I shouldn't have to explain it. The manager on duty then come over and tells me he can take care of my transaction. He then asks me "cash or card?" I chuckle and say "cash". Now, just to settle things I had accepted two pre-rolls for my trouble from the manager I spoke with on the phone. So, anyway, I hand the manager $60 cash and he says that the tender will help me with getting my pre-rolls while he gets my change because he can't take it out of the drawer. So I pick my pre-rolls and wait for my change. I good solid 5-10 minutes pass and the manager finally comes back to give me my change. My total was $48.74. I gave him $60. He come back with only a ten dollar bill. He then walks off to go "discount my pre-rolls". I asked the tender what my total was again and he tells me $48.74. "So we're does he get that my change is only $10?", I said. The tender then says, it probably the card fee." HELLO PEOPLE!!!! I CAME IN WITH CASH!!! Now the tender at that point was getting nervous and offered to put a credit on my account. I told him "don't worry about it. I'm not waiting for that guy to take 10 minutes to get me the other couple dollars and I won't use the credit because after this, I will not be coming back. This was poor, disorganized, half-assed customer service. YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY WHEN IT WAS YOUR GUY THAT SCREWED UP!!!!! But that's what happens when a company is doing it for the money and not for the care of the medical patients that are relying on them for COMFORT!!! It seems to me, in my opinion, that these guys are more worried about the few bucks they may loose in a situation like this rather than keeping the patient happy and comfortable. I seriously doubt that I will ever come back after this.

This has to be the slowest dispensary ever. I like it because it’s close to me but no matter when i order it’s the longest wait. Ever for pre-orders. If you want quick fast service this definitely is not the place.

Best place, hands down. Cayla was very professional and knowledgeable helped me with every question I had. Prices are great.

I bought a 70 buck half ounce. Didn’t get the big buds I expected.total let down! They need to step their game up!

I've been here 3 times. The dispensary has a very nice waiting room with big flat screens, Keurig Coffee and occasional donuts. The Meds room is very well laid out, by far one of the nicest I seen. In and out in less than 10 min. 2 Bud tenders at any time. The two ladies Carla and Maria are very nice and know their meds. I love their "Strain of the Week" it's $10/g for those days you don't have $20. They use iPads to process your order and the packaging room is also full of helpful people. One time I was short change and they spotted me some loose change! I'm recommending this place to anyone who loves Marijuana as much as I do! PS try the XJ boom!

I got my medical card on 4/20/17 and did a lot of research while I waited for my card. My first stop was at natures medicines! I studied and the reviews led me here. Everyone with 5 star was SO right. Andy greeted me so nicely and was helpful on how to get this done! Mario was my budtender who was so adorable and very much educated. He helped me find what I needed for anxiety, pain, headaches! I HIGHly suggest stopping in. It's very clean and nice.

I don't know why other people's reviews are so good of this place. Absolutely they have the widest selection but it's all garbage.. EVERY strain they have sucks and seems like they are all sprayed with something. I don't know what the deal is but they all smell like chemicals and no strain smells or really looks like what they are suppose to be. Garbage!! Their nug run is on point though

This is my second time here. I wasn't really that impressed the first time. I'm even less so today. I came in for a specific thing (and would not have come back if I could have found it elsewhere), and it was not there. Inventory seemed more than a bit disordered and this was not because they were out of stock, but having to go in the back for the flower. While my budtender was a wee bit better than when I was here in December, the knowledge wasn't really there. I really wanted to like this place because the product I have gotten from there is pretty decent and I really like the way they trim the flower from loose stock instead of it being pre-packaged. I'm not sure I'll be back.

This place is ridiculous. You call ti check if something in, they say yes, drive 50 mins wait 40 minutes and they don’t even have the strain they said. You can’t preorder, so you drive all that way and are screwed

Natures meds honestly has great customer service. I like natures alot due to the fact that they have awesome deals. I would highly recommend everyone to try out Natures Medicines!

I'm a regular patient here and have been served by Heli a couple times. He is straight to the point yet answers any questions. Very helpful staff all around! I always feel welcome and the meds are great quality for the price.
