loved this place right when I walked in. First impressions are always crucial when going into a place. staff was nice and on point. meds were a little high priced but worth the donation. best part is they have their meds in jars and not prepackeged so you get to actually smell the meds before purchasing. This is by far the cleanest and nicest place I've ever been. Felt very secure being buzzed in by the handsome security guard Glen . I was then taken back and helped by 2 lovely ladies Karla and Maria. Then another handsome gentleman Sergio rang up my purchase. Picked Double Dream and loved it per the ladies recommendation. This is a nice, professional great looking bunch of people!!

I got my medical card on 4/20/17 and did a lot of research while I waited for my card. My first stop was at natures medicines! I studied and the reviews led me here. Everyone with 5 star was SO right. Andy greeted me so nicely and was helpful on how to get this done! Mario was my budtender who was so adorable and very much educated. He helped me find what I needed for anxiety, pain, headaches! I HIGHly suggest stopping in. It's very clean and nice.

Manger was kool,bud tenders were cute but void of any cannabis knowledge.The meds could use some help. Get a knowledgeable but tender and some meds that look like dispensary quality medicine.maybe this has changed,since i was last their 15 daysago. We will give them another shot Chad419

I have been a couple times its a very clean and nice atmosphere they have their security up in the front and a buzzer to let you in. Their Thursday patient appreciation day is cool I have gone in once and received 5% off entire order. Their flowers are nice and fresh they even have little hydration packs that they give you to help keep them fresh. I really like that they brought back the strain of the week deal just wish I could pick up more then just a g.

Great prices and lobby is really nice. However the receptionist was not polite to me at all upon my first visit. She did not greet me at all or even ask me for my card, she nearly reached her hand for my card without saying anything to me. All other dispensaries I've been to have had much more polite staff.

Absolutely the best I have been to a few more and these guys are hands down the best and the one I will continue to go to. They have the best staff and make you feel comfortable while waiting and they have the best meds and best donations for sure.

i really love this place! the budtenders are always knowledgeable and usually help me get what in looking for..the bud is always top notch, so you always see me leave here with a smile.. thanks guys!

and if you order something it should be there my husband and I both have a card i can buy 5oz every 2wks so my 3oz order should have been there i told the guy this amd yet still drive from casa grande to the shop to end up with NO CHOICES and got shitty ass lil seed weed from the rude girl

I used to go here quite frequently 1-2x week, now maybe once a week. I went last Wednesday morning for the 5 for $50 cartridge special. I didn't get checked in right away because the guy at the desk was talking to some lady and she wouldn't let him do his job. 5,6 other ppl came in & she was still talking. Finally, I said Maybe you could check me in and go back to the conversation because there's 3 bud tenders just standing here waiting also.At which point, the bus tenders scattered like roaches, the guy said I'll get to you right now and the lady finally walked away. She walked into the back tho, not out side and I said oh crap, she works here??? and the desk guy says yeah. she's the MANAGER!!! 🙄 Then a budtender called my name and I told him why I was there, for the 5 cartridge special-homeboy says Ok no problem, meet you at register #9. I met him there and he says Well you can get the 2 cartridges for the early bird special but we're out of the other cartridges for the 5 for $50 special. I said Really dude?? grabbed my ID and said You could have saved yourself the walk all the way to register 9 & said that to start when I told you what I was here for. and I left. went to Nirvana got 6 cartridges for $45!! 🤦

Hit this shop thinking it was the only one that closed at 10 on Sunday .. checked out all the top strains I was very disappointed in the quality .. some strains didn’t even have a smell.. wouldn’t shop here again ..

I drove 45 minutes to get to this dispensary, I researched the strains I was going to get before going. They were out of 4 out of the 5 strains I wanted. So I went outside to my car to research the health benefits of the strains they did have in stock when I went back inside I was escorted out by 2 security guards thinking I took a menu outside. I did not. I took a magazine outside to my car which the receptionist gave me while I was waiting. Long story short they kicked me out for something I didn't even do. I'm a 20 year old women with lupus... I drove 45 minutes and was unable to get my medication even worse it caused me to have a panic attack. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a dispensary. I will never be giving them my buisness again, I will be letting everyone I know how unprofessional and ignorant the people working at this dispensary are. 0/10

Went for my birthday! Had a great time experience and love their cannabis.

It's nice, but they shorted me 2 grams on my half oz. It only had 12 grams instead of 14....i weigh my medicine every time! Smh, y'all check your product, because if you don't..... You might get bamboozled !

Pros: great selection, late hours, friendly reception and security, nice waiting room, great pricing, no pre weighed meds and nice relaxing vibe. Meds were ok too. You definitely get what you pay for. Cons: budtender was a cocky, brash know it all who was borderline dbag. Can you say bro enough bro??? Perhaps it was just him but after reading good reviews I had set the bar pretty high for Natures az. Where is the professionalism? Does everyone get spoken too like that? Concentrates anyone??? Ive seen better concentrate selection elsewhere, how about everywhere. Wait times are pretty awful too. We waited about 30 minutes and our budtender said this was nothing! Really?!? Getting meds here can take a huge chunk time, plan ahead accordingly. Definitely not a quick stop by any means. Lastly, they don't update their Leafly menu! I came in specifically for Blackwater and checked the menu right before I came in only to learn its all gone! Ugh! So disappointing. In fact its still on the menu now, the morning after! In summary I can see why people love this place. People love Walmart too...The late night hours are awesome. But after having my card renewed 3 times I rather choose a faster, more professional place with better service and concentrates hands down. Just my two cents y'all. Don't get butt hurt its just an opinion
