you need to find the good buds out of the selections but when you do its great buds for the price you pay. but the wait is horrible anywhere after 6. I waited over an hour just to go back. go in the morning if you go

I think this place gets better and better. ruins other dispensarys for me. I bring all of my friends here.

My dog has been suffering with valley fever for years and medications stopped working. I inquired about the anti itch products and bud tender gave me all the information regarding the product. I'm really impressed with their knowledge about medical marijuana.

I like natures, but very disappointed to get inside a find the advertised free preroll wasn't in my bag. Lame bait and switch.

Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting however today the Receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. I had explained that i had a online order and she said “ theres lots of people who have a online order GET in line “its not what she said its her tone and voice. When you make a online order at this location be prepared to wait 20 minutes because they don’t care if your have a online order.

Everytime I come the staff is wonderful! Online ordering is easy Peasy. The specials are awesome!!! Thanks guys

These folks were great! Very down to earth and unpretentious. Easy to find with the big sign and DISPENSARY painted on the side. Busy but they do business well and at a steady clip. I have been looking for some oil to use in a refillable 3-in-1 vapor pen. Many said they had it and didn't. Some had prefill disposable which were nice medicine but didn't seem "green". Leafly reported they had some as did their very nice website. I went down with pen in hand, got right in and had a great budtender Sean. He helped me right out - got me a syringe of the oil to put in my chamber. Helped me pick out a flavor too! He then suggested I try some flower - 9 lb Hammer - for my migraines. He also picked out a migraine friendly free pre roll for being a 1st timer. The whole time he and the clerk next to him were teasing me about suppositories. Fun time and excellent staff and meds.

Honestly I really enjoyed this dispensary it is always packed and lines are long but I did not mind the atmosphere or being skipped in line every now and then. But I was very astonished at how I was treated the day, I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming in and they had told me it was fine if I got there, they would personally be waiting for me. I got to the dispensary at EXACTLY 10:00 PM and I walked in, the person at the door told me in a very rude manner that they closed at 10:00 PM and I was not welcome in the store anymore, very disappointed I was starting to walk out and she slid someone else's card right as I was walking out. Never coming here again, I believe they were very rude considering that I have never had problems with them before.

This location was very friendly over the phone and answered all questions I had. They also told me all their deals. Has great prices and stuff is always on sale.

I have had it with this place! Always running out of what I need...Always treating me like I am the idiot...not their under-educated, poorly trained staff. When I say poorly trained, I mean in customer service skills. Their pre-order system is a joke and the waits are ridiculous! Not even going to go into all the stories I have about these jokers. Maybe it is just me. The must say, "hey, it is that guy again...let's all treat him like shit like we did last time and see what happens." If you are going to be a legitimate business, you had better start thinking about customer service. Not everyone is a 24 hour stoner...some of us are actual working adults who don't have time for your lackadaisical attitudes. Yesterday was the last time I EVER take time out of my day to go to this place. I will pay more for better service. This place is the Wal-Mart of dispensaries. You get what you pay for.

Decided to come back due to the price point and it was even worse than last time. I’ve been waiting about 10 min for a preorder when I’m the only one in the waiting area. When I ask how much longer it’s going to be the girl at the desk laughs and says she forgot to tell them there’s a preorder here. But there were plenty of budtenders just hanging out at the desk. This is a mess.

the whole staff need retraining for customer service. pre order is slow. people are rude. my middle fingers are up to you! don't shop here JUNK DRIED OUT WEED

Awesome place for meds!

I love Nature AZ's Medicines. I mainly get their concentrate and its fire. I'd love to try the Uterpia but $60 is a little too steep of a price.

Horrible service, didn’t fill my delivery order. Didn’t even call to let me know. No communication whatsoever.

firstly, their donation prices are WAY too low, their bud gets me SO high and lastly, their staff is SUPER chill. I don't know why I keep coming back here every week. Obviously I love this place. I've been all over the state and 99% of the time you're donating way too much money for the same and sometimes better bud that you can get here for 2/3 the price.
