Long time patient here. No longer after today. I placed an online order on Nature's own website. BOTH of my choices were sold out, they messaged me asking if I'd like to swap out my choices. I replied to them. No reply back. 30 mins go by still no reply. I send another message saying if they don't want to reply then I can take my business else where. I get a response in less than 20 seconds. "Order canceled" Well, guess they really don't want my business. *MEDICAL PATIENTS BEWARE* Dispensaries, like this one, who are now recreational, care more about the mass of sales than patient loyalty, patient care, and patient experience. I. do. not. recommend. nature's medicine.

I hate this place and everyone who works there

Have you guys stop growing your own flowers? Dont see any house brand for the past 2 months. You use to have awesome flowers, WHAT HAPPEN?? From 1st place awards flowers (citral glue) to nothing. Is theres something going on that you are not informing your patients?. Ask budtender and they dont know or not speaking about it. Little info please.

Some of their "specials" are bait and switch. Dab Wednesday are the biggest joke. You go in for the $10 GenX concentrates...first thing when they open and they have none. Zero. Nothing. They may or may not be in stock for full price the next day. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise specials they know they don't have or won't put on the floor for the "special" price. Every week, it's a gamble. Will they? Won't they? For this week, it's a BIG fat NO. They have no GenX or Nature's concentrates for $10. The budtenders tell people "they sold out quick" or "they're really popular today" when they never had any out to begin with. There needs to be WAY more consumer protections from dispensary advertising and making them fully disclose how they make their concentrates. It's ridiculous that a budtender can't tell you what solvent they use...a solvent that you inadvertently inhale with the product.

Went for my birthday! Had a great time experience and love their cannabis.

This is by far the cleanest and nicest place I've ever been. Felt very secure being buzzed in by the handsome security guard Glen . I was then taken back and helped by 2 lovely ladies Karla and Maria. Then another handsome gentleman Sergio rang up my purchase. Picked Double Dream and loved it per the ladies recommendation. This is a nice, professional great looking bunch of people!!

I'm a regular patient here and have been served by Heli a couple times. He is straight to the point yet answers any questions. Very helpful staff all around! I always feel welcome and the meds are great quality for the price.

Strike 2. This time, I order 3.5 hours ago, got a text that the order was ready, drove 20+ miles, waited another 45 min. just to be told that they didn't have my order.

I Love Natures Meds Budtenders their always dope service & selection.

I got my medical card on 4/20/17 and did a lot of research while I waited for my card. My first stop was at natures medicines! I studied and the reviews led me here. Everyone with 5 star was SO right. Andy greeted me so nicely and was helpful on how to get this done! Mario was my budtender who was so adorable and very much educated. He helped me find what I needed for anxiety, pain, headaches! I HIGHly suggest stopping in. It's very clean and nice.

I think this is by far in at least the top 3 dispensaries in Arizona. I'm an Advocate and a mmj patient and I can always find quality product and great staff at Natures Medicine.

Great prices and lobby is really nice. However the receptionist was not polite to me at all upon my first visit. She did not greet me at all or even ask me for my card, she nearly reached her hand for my card without saying anything to me. All other dispensaries I've been to have had much more polite staff.

I thought it was going to be like most other dispensaries, one or two other people there, wait a few minutes and grab n go. I was wrong! So many people, very friendly and fun staff, way cool place to be. Cant wait to go back!

This is my second time here. I wasn't really that impressed the first time. I'm even less so today. I came in for a specific thing (and would not have come back if I could have found it elsewhere), and it was not there. Inventory seemed more than a bit disordered and this was not because they were out of stock, but having to go in the back for the flower. While my budtender was a wee bit better than when I was here in December, the knowledge wasn't really there. I really wanted to like this place because the product I have gotten from there is pretty decent and I really like the way they trim the flower from loose stock instead of it being pre-packaged. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Today I purchased the Hindu Kush half oz specials. The bottle tag reads 1 weight when I got home and weighted it out on my scale only 39.0 oz with bottle. I called to complain but no one answered the reception line. Next time will ask to weigh merchandise before purchasing even on pre orders.

The quality is always better than most around on flower and their $50 1/2oz is my go to. They usually have different ones which is nice cause then you don’t have to keep smoking the same stuff always. But then ya gotta stock up if you’re fav strain comes thru. They are still open with all this virus stuff. The pre order line was about 45mins longer than the regular line but here’s the deal. What if you get back there and there are no good deals. Or just what you were going for in general. I would rather wait a little longer during this time to get what I want for the price I want. 2.5 hours tho was long and there was some lady who tried to cut in line. I’m sorry if I see a lady limp her way waiting her turn in line you don’t get to cut in line no matter if your 50. Smh. Glad they provided chairs and water for those who asked.

Hands down one of the best for price and quality. I come all the way from Estrella Mountain and it's worth it everytime! Staff is super friendly, and as quick as they can be😉 I appreciate you all, so Thank You.

Natures meds honestly has great customer service. I like natures alot due to the fact that they have awesome deals. I would highly recommend everyone to try out Natures Medicines!

The buds are good and the prices are cool.The budtenders are nice and helpful too.Alot of people come here but the wait is not that long.
