First impressions are always crucial when going into a place. staff was nice and on point. meds were a little high priced but worth the donation. best part is they have their meds in jars and not prepackeged so you get to actually smell the meds before purchasing. Worst experience at a dispensary since 2010. Called in a very simple preorder, 2 strains of prepackaged half ounces. Was told 2 hours max. After not getting a confirmation email on the order I called back, at which time they said they were just putting it through??? So I wait another 2 plus hours and call again to check as it’s now been 3.5 hours since the order and I have to be home at a decent hour. I happen to drive past the dispensary on my way home so the guy says just wait in line with your preorder and maybe they can speed it up... so I wait 10 minutes, under a tent outside in the dark and not one employee greeted me for that 10 minutes. I will never be coming to the clown house ever again. Terrible way to run a dispensary.

Your medicine is awesome, the budtender Connor could use a lesson in customer service maybe a sense of humor might help as well. I will be back but I hope I don't have to deal with him again

Great prices and lobby is really nice. However the receptionist was not polite to me at all upon my first visit. She did not greet me at all or even ask me for my card, she nearly reached her hand for my card without saying anything to me. All other dispensaries I've been to have had much more polite staff.

Absolutely the best I have been to a few more and these guys are hands down the best and the one I will continue to go to. They have the best staff and make you feel comfortable while waiting and they have the best meds and best donations for sure.

I went to Nature's and I felt at home. Everyone greeted me as I came in. They have a well rounded group of individuals working there that made my experience very enjoyable. Thank You Nature's AZ Medicines I had a blast

Great place to go to, staff is very professional,friendly,and respectful. I've been coming here since it opened and I've never had any complains the flower is really good and always fresh. I love it that they show you the bud let you smell it and look at it well before ordering.

The quality is always better than most around on flower and their $50 1/2oz is my go to. They usually have different ones which is nice cause then you don’t have to keep smoking the same stuff always. But then ya gotta stock up if you’re fav strain comes thru. They are still open with all this virus stuff. The pre order line was about 45mins longer than the regular line but here’s the deal. What if you get back there and there are no good deals. Or just what you were going for in general. I would rather wait a little longer during this time to get what I want for the price I want. 2.5 hours tho was long and there was some lady who tried to cut in line. I’m sorry if I see a lady limp her way waiting her turn in line you don’t get to cut in line no matter if your 50. Smh. Glad they provided chairs and water for those who asked.
