This was my third time, Alicia helped me this time she was super sweet and super helpful for just what I needed!! They always have good discounts and the reward system is nice too!
I’ve never had any problems with orders or products purchased at Starbuds Baltimore. The staff is helpful and provides great information about the products if asked. All the staff rock! They also have shorter waiting time than most dispensaries in my experience. However, the points rewards system and pricing was better a few months ago, and I wish they’d bring back the 5 dollar quarter when you cash in 2000 points at least for medical users like me!

Located in the heart of the hood stands Star Buds...If you are hesitant to go you should be! There are so many other better places to spend your hard earned money other than this mediocre establishment. My first visit September 14 (evening): First day getting my MMCC card so I rushed over to the first dispensary I could find which was Starbuds..the line was out the door but that didn’t stop security and two of the budtenders from getting high in front of the black employee door upfront..Poor etiquette! On my second visit (2 weeks ago) it was early morning, the dispensary had just opened and the parking lot was EMPTY so I just pulled head in to the parking lot at the front door. Their front parking lot does not have lines on it so it’s basically first fit, first served..I was inside for about 5 mins because I did an online order and after getting my medicine I went back to my car where I was confronted by a short, bald, black dude with gold glasses asking me if that was my car and I told him yes as I went to get in my car. He then proceeds to tell me that I can’t park there and that I’m blocking two other parking spots (On a curb, no access) and that I can’t do that. I told him “I’m trying to move now but I can’t move and talk to you” as I go to sit in my car and close the door the security guard grabbed my door and continued to tell me how I couldn’t park there next time. I told him “If you were at your post then you would be able to dictate who parks where” and that he needed to remove his hands from my vehicle. He stood there staring at me through my tinted windows so rolled my window down and told him to move or I would call the police..of course he then moved and stared at me as I drove away. Yesterday on 11/22/2020 I called to get some details on two Indica strains because Star Buds halfway puts stuff in the system so you can never see the ingredients to compare Myrcene or any other important information pertaining to your purchase. I got (I believe this is his name) Bryan on the phone..I began to explain my dilemma and he cuts me off and blurts out “Do you know how much longer this is going to take, it’s getting pretty busy in here and I can’t just stand around on the phone helping you out”...WOW!!!! I immediately hung up the phone but then I remembered I didn’t catch his name because they don’t introduce themselves when they pick up the phone. Upon calling back I spoke to one gentleman and asked for a supervisor and I swear he put the phone on hold and came back pretending to be a manager named Brandon. I explained all these situations to Mr. Nonchalant Brandon and his response was “That sucks, sorry that happened”...after talking to a wall I told him “I see you’re not interested in what I have to say and I believe my concerns are falling on deaf ears so I’ll just end this conversation, review you online and keep my business at Blair Wellness.
For this to be dispensary filled with potheads their attitudes surely aren’t as uplifting as the products they sale. These employees are young, rude, inexperienced and not knowledgeable about the products they are selling. It honestly seems like they went down the street to the local high school and gave all the upper class potheads internships..Piss poor management, Piss poor security and my weed came in at 3.2 not 3.5. BEWAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Side note: Another reason I called yesterday is because how do you have a 20% sale on special flower but never indicate what you consider special flower???? If you make that clear maybe it’ll cut down on some of the phone calls on that particular day.

This was my first time in a dispensary and it was great thanks to YASHA I found what I needed and he also answered all my questions.I felt like a kid in a candy store and the atmosphere was great too it was just a calm and cool vibe in the whole store and I loved it.I would definitely recommend Starbuds to everyone, they have great deals and great employees.

The Best!!!!! Check it out, you won't be disappointed. The quality of service that you'll receive from your Budtender is special. They are polite, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and above all HONEST...... Just communicate you're ailments and budget then watch them work for you. Get well soon all......
this location was the first store that I went to when I got my card 2 years ago and they have a true point system that actually works for you other than other places that tell you you have a point system and when you try to use it you can't unlike starbuds your points are yours to spend on whatever you like in the store and this is why I love this store and the people in it my money is not going to waste their thank you
Only complaint is that I got a cart from here that stopped working half way through using it, but that’s not their fault. Just watch out when buying EvoLab products. 😣

As we approach the First of the month, I want to thank the staff at Starbuds for a great job handling the medical patients with love and care. The regular public will be a burden for us. We are already losing our dollar joint days and our super size options. Good luck to all the budtenders!

My bud tender Palmer was very informative, friendly and helpful. I can always find exactly what I need at Star Buds. The staff is always professional and friendly. Their selection is very large so I can try new things each time I go. Star Buds always offers specials too.

I love this dispensary and go here all the time. They always have great deals and constantly have something new to try out. All of the employees are pleasant and very helpful even if you just need any recommendations. Overall I think it’s a great place.
