I came in as a new patient, just driving by. This location is far from where I live however it's worth a drive.
Shay was amazing, I came prepared and with a budget she help spend very well offering a variety of choices along with sales promos. Shay did a wonderful job representing her and the company whom she is hired with. She carried such pose, superior customer service and showing knowledge about the products. She gave me this card and explained the points system they offer.
That when you know you've been SOLD!
It led me here to do just this!

They have the best knowledge of products. I love when my budtenders remember what works for me. I love getting a mix of gram bags of flavors Ive never tried.

The staff at this location is very knowledgeable about all of their products. YASHA my Budtender was extremely helpful and knew what product was best for my needs. Needless to say my next day at work was like I was a young 20 year old I'm 41 now. Thanks for the great advice YASHA!
trash ass fucking store stupid ass managers will lie to you right in your face and they sell you broken products with no warranty so you spend $100+ on a piece of shit vape and the bitch dont fucking work and you cant even get your money back fuck these assholes
this was my first time going and Alicia made it so easy to pick which product I was getting. and they had some awesome deals! will definitely be going back!
They usually have a pretty good selection of flower, which is the route I most commonly take. Just ordered a 1/4, but what was put in the bag was not even close, even though it was visibly, and largely in stock. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, and dude just grabbed the wrong order, but upon discovering this in the parking lot, I was unable to get it remedied due to a strict no return policy. I understand the policy, ..just sucks. This is medicine, and if you're somewhat experienced, you understand what works for you and why. You wouldn't be happy paying for toothpaste, and receiving a sink.
That being said, Starbuds is great, points, selection, staff and otherwise, this it's just a reminder to check your bag before you leave the counter
I have been searching for my favorite product all over Baltimore but only one other store in the area carries it, but it is always out of stock. I walked into Starbuds and they had nice quantity of them right behind the counter and Vanny’s service was friendly and thorough. Bravo Starbuds!
