The setup seems impersonable at times, however the staff is really knowledgeable and pleasant. They don’t “push” products on you like some other dispensaries. Jess is my regular bud tender and alway makes good recommendations
. She knows what strains work for me.
Unfortunately I had an emergency and couldn’t make it to pick up my online order. I tried calling numerous times no one answered and the mail box is full. Hope it don’t effect my future online ordering 😔
I came in today around 1:18 and I just got home from work and realized and I only have one of two one of two Sour Diesel and Zane in the membrane what can I do
I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE SOME THAT YOU CAN SMELL AND SEE CONCENTRATES NO YPU CANT HOLD AND I BELIEVE THAT'S FAIR!! they are very personable and always always give you good advice I love the reward system
They have definitely lost 2 customers today. We have been coming here for over a year now. Longer than some that work there. Not all but a few people are rude and disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding and instead of trying to resolve the issue they banned my fiance. Then he had talk to the manager on the phone not in person (unprofessional). So yes they have lost two faithful customers!!!
I love Starbuds (I'll admit some of it is purely the name lol)! Everybody is always super friendly (the Budtender, Amber, was so patient and helped me rework my order after I got my deal days mixed up), they have great deals and they're opened late for us forgetful folk. Great first dispensary if you want a smooth experience from start to finish!
The employee that waited on my was extremely helpful. I even asked about products that weren't sold in her store and she knew about them. 5 stars for sure.
They have the best knowledge of products. I love when my budtenders remember what works for me. I love getting a mix of gram bags of flavors Ive never tried.
This location is super convenient and always welcoming. The budtenders are always polite, energetic and excited to serve and educated us. This location has been added to my list of “forever places”
Chill place with some cool people! They know what they talking about and pretty efficient. I pre-ordered and came here on my hr lunch break and was in and out in not even 10mins.
