Popcorn half ounces went from 60$ to 95$? Yikes!! Guess it's time to shop elsewhere.

Do not go to this dispensary if you are trying to stay COVID-free. Mutiple staff members wearing masks that don't cover their noses, social distancing was not observed. When I tried to wait outside for my online order, despite them having chairs set up outside, they tried to make *me* feel like the asshole for not wanting to wait with 20 people inside a small space during a respiratory pandemic. They said I wouldn't hear my name called, which probably had something to do with the Red Hot Chili Peppers blaring on repeat like a caricature of a bad dispensary. People with medical cards are much more likely to have autoimmune disorders than the general population. Running a supposed medical establishment like this during the absolute peak of this pandemic is deeply immoral. Screw this place. I don't care what kind of weed they sell, it definitely isn't worth getting yourself and your family sick.

Love the atmosphere here at Sol. Super friendly staff! ADAM was great at reception, LOGAN was very wise with the flower options and knew his stuff. CJ and MELISSA were speedy at checkout! Had a great talk with LINDSEY and JENNIFER at the express station on my way out (: Everyone here is amazing and this is my new dispo now for sure. Security are beasts and cool/chill as well.

I love going to the dispensary I just wish that they was more organized and had everything involved in all the BOGO deals there when you do a purchase because spending your time and wasting your gas going back and forth and still not getting those do to you is a little bit unbelievable to me for it to be a new dispensary but trust me they have good flower and very kind people that are very beautiful young lady that one second, oh my God she was beautiful

If you care about the quality of what your smoking and/or would actually like to see what your purchasing, DO NOT go here. Their bud tenders are just cashiers with no cannabis knowledge that have obviously been told to get you in and out as fast as possible. They have no product at all for you to see. They have no menu of their products anywhere at all besides online. Do not buy any flower that’s in the gold tier. Had 3 strains of their flower, nothing was better than 4 out of 10. Yesterday I went and got 3 strands of DNA genetics for $40 a 8th because they were the only top shelf available from another grower besides overpriced Aeriz. Well I wasn’t able to see what the DNA flower looked like at all as it’s in a black jar. Opened the jars and it was trash. I would rank DNA flower about the same as Sol flower, poor to mediocre. The only reason to go here is to use your FTP deal for the 3 times it’s allowed. Only buy Tru Infusion flower or you will be disappointed.

Waited in line while everyone before me and after me was passed through for almost an hour, until a guard noticed I had been sitting there for so long otherwise I am sure I would have sat there till I left. Please fix the line system and serve people as they come.

Guy named Ray tried to get me to pay 130$ more than advertised, even after first correction he was shady, took 3 times asking for the advertised price and also didn't receive the 10% off as per the online order. Easy order, made difficult and shady. Check your receipts people.

They will only give you an "ounce price" for the flowers that they grow. Their flowers tend toward the mediocre. They sell everything from other growers at the 1/8 or 1/4 price only. No discount for buying quantity. Kind of like paying bar prices for every beer in a case.

I used to think that this place was really awesome, slowly everything started changing and became really expensive. I believe that the customer service always lacked there was a few people there that were really cool especially the manager Cameron. But as of lately I feel like going here less and less. I believe that their Bud tenders are super rude. I feel like this place is overpriced and the quality of merchandise as far as their house flower really is not very good at all. Maybe they just do all the old stuff first and run a ad specials when it's regular price at other places. I'm not coming here anymore it's literally right across the street from my house and I just don't feel like the value is there anymore.

Alright.. I see you. While $15 more than the original price of your house flower half ounces, you've either noticed the significant drop in sales since you initially removed them or you've scrolled through your comments, read to our reviews and have taken that criticism to try to and find a balance between the recreational and medical market. Whatever the reason, while I wish it was still the original price, you continue to keep your half ounces on the shelves and I guarantee you'll start seeing an influx in patients.

I have been a loyal customer for years and today was my last time shopping here. They do not honor the deals that Leafly and their own stupid website advertise. Sol flower is garbage.

I bought an 8th of princess haze popcorn and got a jar full of stems. Sols quality and deals went out the window the day they went Rec. I’ve been going here for over a year but only come here when it’s convenient now. Sorry sol, but you’ve really showed us medical patients what you’re really about. I’ll choke on all these stems in the meantime.

really disappointed that i came all the way from queen creek to find out youre only accenting online/phone orders... i can not see anywhere on this platform stating that. only recent update says "power back up"... I was told to "go around back" with no real direction..to put in my order, i do, and not one time did i see anyone come up to the window...i was standing there for a solid 4 minutes. and there was 3 other people waiting as well..and it smelled like cat poo, i HAD to leave the smell was too much, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SITE, today was such a waste a time i went to nirvana, who is still accepting patients normally and in a sanitary way! thank goodness!

i wanted to change my order as a ftp I went to the window I told the person there wanted to switch up my order he said I could do it inside ....once inside Monet the crappy bud tender I got tells me I have to go back outside and place my order again at the window and start at the back of the line even though the worker at the window said other wise horrible first experience

I really had high hopes for this place as I drive by it everyday. I went in today making a quick trip after having a long day at the office. I didn't see any sativa on their online menu so I just went in, thinking the bud tender would be able to help. I asked the bud tender which ones were Sativa. He recommended Tahiti Lime and Sweet Thang. Haven't had either and neither showed up on Leafly. I trusted him and purchased them. Before I had them I looked them up on other sites. Turns out they were both Indica. One a hybrid indica dom but 75/25. I called them and told them about the mishap. I just didn't want anyone else experiencing the same. But I am not sure how refunds work or if there are any when it comes to dispensaries but let's just say I now have this stuff I cannot smoke and out of money. I'm really dissapointed they didn't offer anything for the compensation or anything. I also used my first time patient discount on that. That was stupid. Please educate the bud tenders or if you at least don't have the strain I am looking for please just let me know. I don't want to spend money on something that I don't know how this is going to help me. I have chronic pain and depression and this indica is not going to help. The interior was okay. Seems comparable to a spot I know by the airport. They have better service. I have been to 10 +other places before and this one was the most disappointing.

1st time gave 5 Stars this place deserves it. it's an experience above the rest. Their lower tear meds top many top shelf places. Budtenders friendly and knowledgeable great energy great meds great food yoga & meditation great deals and they love giving out freebies best dispensary in Phoenix. worth the long drive out there they make it worth your time by showing great customer appreciation
