Owner appears to be running some kind of point scam. They basically always tell you that you have no points no matter how much you spend. I legitimately pulled up my points on my phone and showed them and they refused to let me use them. The next day, the point total was drained despite me never making a purchase. Calling Skymint manager kept acting like I did something wrong to her, for me daring to complain. She legitimately told me she didn't care and hung up on me in less than 6 minutes. I called back, and I kid you not the new woman just claims, I'm screaming at her, as I lower my voice to barely audible. She then says I'm attacking her and hangs up. I've frequented this establishment a lot, and I have no idea wtf I just experienced. Seems like a few Karens are mad, that I made them do their job, and they want to be pissy with me for them failing to resolve this issue for over a month. But if you ever want to be treated like you are a criminal while they drain your rewards points from your account, highly recommended.

They did NOT send me any receipt. I WASTED 2.5 hours here and now the manager Sabrina K WOULD NOT help me return or exchange a DEFECT ITEM. Extremely unreasonable and unprofessional. The worst part is, THEY DON’T CARE, verbatim DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
