They did NOT send me any receipt. I WASTED 2.5 hours here and now the manager Sabrina K WOULD NOT help me return or exchange a DEFECT ITEM. Extremely unreasonable and unprofessional.
The worst part is, THEY DON’T CARE, verbatim

I don’t see why Sabrina K should be a “manager”
