Silver State Relief is the most professional, quality dispensary in the Reno/Carson area. As Nevada's first medical dispensary, they've got a few more notches under their belt than "the other guys" in town, and offer compassionate service to all their patients in a timely manner! With a daily special every day of the week, birthday specials, and discounts for first time patients, seniors, and veterans, you get the most bang for your buck here! My favorite strains here so far include: White Widow, Larry OG, Fire Alien Super Skunk & OG #18.

This is a well run dispensary. The menu is constantly changing and provides a wide variety of strains to address whatever your particular needs may be. The staff is friendly and professional. The product presentation excellent as well. The only place I can really compare it to as far as over the counter purchases was in Amsterdam and that was a completely different, pub like atmosphere. This is more like a pharmacy, as it should be. Legal cannabis allows me to cut back on the Rx pills without sending my money to drug cartels. They market the place well, check out the daily specials, you'll save a ton if you time your purchase right!

This dispensary really disappointed me! It was the last of the (now four) dispensaries available in Reno/Sparks/SunValley that I have visited. I am used to friendly bud-tenders who take the time listen to your needs, and perhaps offer suggestions for me to try. Unfortunately I did not get this here. My bud-tender was too busy talking with coworkers to be bothered by my questions, and did not offer any suggestions for pain relief. At least I know where NOT to go!

So today I purchased some of the 420 special items. Silver State used to be somewhere I frequented however since a drop in quality I have gone other places, today I thought maybe they’ve gotten better. I purchased 3 of the .60g prerolls from Deep Roots. A 3 preroll pack: said to have been a gram per preroll: it is NOT!! I also got a disposable pen. The budtender was fast on placing it in the Bag before I could look at them so I didn’t get to see before exit. I have pictures to of the comparison. The prepackaged 3 pack: was a half ass rolled pack to start. Then I noticed they seemed short on flower. So I compared it side by side to a .60 from deep roots and that .60 was more than my said to be GRAM PREROLL!! When I packed it down like they should be, it was in total about a half gram in that preroll. If you are going to say it is a GRAM, make sure it is. This will probably cause you to lose another customer and trust me when I say I will tell everyone I know to check, eyeball and compare the items they purchase. In total it should be 4.8 grams of flower via preroll, and I got maybe 3.3 grams. That’s a shortage of 1.5 grams. Not a happy customer at all. I frequently go to all the dispensary’s in Reno. It’s been a while that I was this mad about the purchase.

Me and and a childhood friend wanted to just relax and after work he had plans to pick up an order over the phone. So I placed the order and he picked it up after work. When I gave the order I had to constantly correct the budtender as she read it back to me. i ordered 1 gram of the Vert Purps.... 1 ..just 1 gram not a half gram. then i said specifically HSH CLEMINTINE CARTRIDGE. I was given Cannavative Clementine. Once again i had her repeat the order back to me 4 different times then the 5th and final time so my friend didnt have to worry about it just walk in and pick up. well that went horribly wrong. This needs attention brougt to it because until its resolved I wont be using the ordering system. you guys rock the customer service and always been one of my favorite places its just this needs to get fixed to reduce the unhappy angry customers whom get this fast priority ordering done just to have the wrong product in your pre-order. Then to not notice until home horribly sucked.

The store was amazing but what really stood out was my bud tender Kyle S he was really chill very knowledgeable and made sure to get me the type of strain I was looking for whole cracking jokes making sure I was comfortable and having a great time in the store I recommend him as a bud tender even if you have to wait a bit. He normally wears a hat has glasses and a beard give him a try you won't regret it.

Honestly out off all of the dispensarys I've been too Silver State Relief is one of my favorites. I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchase and feel right at home when speaking with the Budtenders. Silver State gets a big thumbs up from me & as long as they're around I'll be a loyal customer 👍

Very thankful to have it here. Potency and appearance are on point. Taste is not where it could be, but at the same time these are some of the first flowers available, so there is little expectation of a good cure. 2 strains available today 8-22-15 Sour D & Blue Dream and i got some of each. You will pay top dollar, naturally, but when you consider the incredible overhead/investment, i dont get mad-i just get medicated.

My fourth visit here everyone is knowledgeable and happy to help YOU. They have never steered me wrong. I got jane boost for my coffee a co2 calculus for my vape and Reserva Privada bud. Great Meds Great people and a nice facility. Thanks see you soon

After going to almost all the different dispensaries in Reno. I chose and will stay at silver state relief. That have plenty of supply. Tons of different products. And they are actually reasonable. Not to mention the location rocks!

Great except they now use glass for house concentrate shatter etc and it sucks ass compared to silicone. My shatter is a blob glued to glass. I use a vape pen and buy shatter for a reason! This is BS!

It's a good shop that i would like to see carry more variety and better tasting products...its not much good that it has a ton of thc if it tastes like poop.

Great place, so nice and clean and fast. Visiting from San Francisco and really appreciate being able to get my meds. The intake process was smooth and didn't take that long. I recommend printing out the forms and filling them out before you go to save time, they have them on the website. I got several grams of different strains to give them a test and the quality was great except on the J1. The issue here was instead of getting some nice chunky bud it was more like air buds off the bottom of the plant. It smoked ok it just seemed like I had a hand full of shake didn't have much flavor but it did relieve my anxiety. All in all great place good product. Thrifty Thursday's are a good deal 5 grams 50 bucks or 2 1/8ths for 90. When I'm in town I will be back!

These ratings are based entirely on my last visit, up to this point, I'd have given them 5 stars. I just went to Silver State Relief in Sparks, NV, to return 2 vape tips that say "no atomizer" when I put them on my IStick TC40 battery, which by the way I've never put it over 9 watts on one of these tips, nor do I ever put it over 14 watts on my nicotine vape tip. They both were still full, and never worked, yet the gentleman who helped me said "We will return these this time, and I'm putting in your acct. to not return anything again. We don't guarantee them unless you use a stick battery." He took them in the back, came out and said, "You burned them up, I can taste the burnt." Really, so now I'm a liar!!!! I said I've never been told this, don't you think you should tell people this? He said, "We don't know what people use." Well if that's the case, why not tell people, only use a stick battery? I'll tell you why, they don't want to take ANYTHING back!!!!!

Great Service!! Everyone was very friendly. Medication was of good quality, some better than others. Location is a little out of the way but the service and prices make it worth the drive!

This place is garbage. They sold me some faulty dosist pens. They didn't work at all. No flavor, vapor, or light when I attempted to use them. If I didn't know any better, I'd say the disposable vapes were used because one of them had gunk on the outside of the mouthpiece when I got it. I took them back for a refund as I was told on the phone to do. When I got there, they refused to give me a refund and said I had to spend the exact amount as store credit right then and there. I asked for a store credit gift card so I could use it over time or at least have time to decide what I wanted since I was told I'd get a refund and wasn't planning on getting anything else. They refused that as well. And it had to come to the exact amount or more. They would not give me any change if it wasn't exact. I didn't even bring any cash or my debit card because I thought i was getting a cash refund. So my choice was lose money if i went under the price,, or pick from the very limited number of things that equaled the exact same amount. They wouldn't even let me leave to call my wife to discuss what we wanted to get because "the return is already started so you have to just do it now". I had to stay there and decide immediately what to replace it with. I ended up being rushed into getting something I didn't want all because I made the mistake of going to Silver State Relief where I was sold broken products. It should not be acceptable for a business to sell you a faulty product and then refuse to give your money back. These people know NOTHING about customer service. You can go to any dispensary for the same price and get better quality weed. This place has gone downhill while their prices continue to go up. I would certainly take my business elsewhere. They won't get another penny from me.

I would recommend this location to anyone who appreciates good ganja! Their budtenders such as Tia are very helpful and do everything they can to make sure you leave 100% satisfied! Definitely coming through again!
