Silver State Relief is the most professional, quality dispensary in the Reno/Carson area. As Nevada's first medical dispensary, they've got a few more notches under their belt than "the other guys" in town, and offer compassionate service to all their patients in a timely manner! Any five star review here is a fake! Everyone in Reno knows this place sucks Their weed is dry to a crisp and their customer service is awful Don't waste your time or money too many better options

Great location and atmosphere. I bought an oz today. I open a quarter of Sour Diesel I bought and it’s super dry. I hope the rest of my stuff isn’t this way!

This was my favorite dispensary in town until I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dispensary. I purchased two .6 g binske cartridges both each containing the name banana (thinking I was making things easy). The bud tender sold me my products and told me to keep the receipt in case anything happens. As I sat in my car, I noticed one cartridge was very low. After instantly returning and speaking with Garret, I was told it was just headspace and they use larger cartridges than the oil amount 750g cartridge for the 600 g oil. I then said, well shouldn’t they be the same? And then after inspecting my receipt closer, I noticed they swapped out one of the banana cartridges I ordered for a 500mg cartridge called Hoover dam, which wasn’t even on the menu. When asking about this, I was told it was my fault for not inspecting the receipt that was sealed inside my childproof bag. I was then called a liar by the budtender, saying I actually did order the mistaken cartridge even though it wasn’t on the menu. After questioning the customer service, I was then called a liar again and repeatedly told I was being unprofessional. I then said with this treatment I will not be coming back, and the bud tender said it doesn’t matter because the line is huge and my business isn’t important. He then waved me out the door. Such a terrible experience to be called a liar and treated like a scammer when it wasn’t even my mistake in the first place. This guys name was garret and I hope to never see him again.

Me and and a childhood friend wanted to just relax and after work he had plans to pick up an order over the phone. So I placed the order and he picked it up after work. When I gave the order I had to constantly correct the budtender as she read it back to me. i ordered 1 gram of the Vert Purps.... 1 ..just 1 gram not a half gram. then i said specifically HSH CLEMINTINE CARTRIDGE. I was given Cannavative Clementine. Once again i had her repeat the order back to me 4 different times then the 5th and final time so my friend didnt have to worry about it just walk in and pick up. well that went horribly wrong. This needs attention brougt to it because until its resolved I wont be using the ordering system. you guys rock the customer service and always been one of my favorite places its just this needs to get fixed to reduce the unhappy angry customers whom get this fast priority ordering done just to have the wrong product in your pre-order. Then to not notice until home horribly sucked.

First visit was wonderful! Quick and easy if you already have your card. The product selection, price and service are all first rate. I think the specials they offer each day are great incentives for return visits. Limited selection compared to what you migh find in CA, but for Reno, this is like Nirvana. I wish them much success and look forward to return visits!!

Do not go to this store! They sold me a faulty product, I then returned it unused, and demonstrated that not only that it was faulty, but it also damaged my equipment. They refused to do ANYTHING about it. Much better places in town with top quality customer service.

From the outside looking in it seems very small. Once you go in it is a whole different story. Lots of selection. Good Job SSR!

This is my favorite spot. Everyone that works there is awesome! Always ready to answer any questions. I have been to a few other clubs around. So I make my drive from Carson to silver state relief. Keep up the great work!

I got some of the inhouse live resin here, the price was very low and so was the quality. I did get some quality products here,

They screw up and patients pay for it . I go to a dispensary that is fair and its not this one.

Just when I thought this one time fab place couldn't get worse..IT DID:( All that made SSR is now a thing of the past..their forward progressed abruptly ceased July 1, 2017 as Recreational weed became available.. Specializing in grams and 1/8 ounce sales now, terrible selection and really no nothing budtenders..This time..I WON'T BE BACK..CYA

I have had the opportunity to try several dispensaries in the Reno/Sparks area and Silver State Relief is the best hands down. The Staff has always been respectful from being greeted at the door through the entire buying experience, my favorite budtender by far is Kristopher H, he is very knowledgeable and always there to help you get it right the first time, I won't go anywhere else. Keep up the great service SSR, Your are the best!

My boyfriend and I came in not really knowing what was what or what exactly we wanted. After talking with Kyle S. for a a few minutes we were able to figure out what was going to work well for us. Thanks Kyle S. for your help! We will be coming back to Silver State soon.

I have a great experience every time I step inside the doors of SSR. They have knowledgeable and courteous budtenders; today I was helped by Kyle S. He helped me pick out buds by their terpene profile to try and match the effects that I wanted and he was spot on with his recommendations. The only time I have ever been disappointed leaving Silver State is when they sell out of a flower too quickly because they can have some pretty popular strains. The quality, service, selection, and location is why I go to Silver State 95% of the time I need cannabis products.

I stopped in at Silver State Relief to pick up some more medicine today and I just have to say that the cannabis just keeps getting better! The blueberry strain wiped away my back pain and left me sleeping the whole night through! I'm loving the variety strains you guys have to offer! Can't wait to come back and try some of the OG #18

One of the nicest dispensaries I’ve been to, the staff is so chill and awesome, wait times are negligible and everything is great quality. It’s the only place I shop in the Reno area.

RAISED PRICES ON A PRODUCT SALE BEACUSE PEOPLE WERE BUYING. Will use every other dispensary before I give any MORE money to butane soup central.

This was a great experience. I searched a couple dispensaries and I chose SSR because they had some Acapulco Gold for a great price. I wasn't expecting much for a bargain weed. (it's all I can afford). to my surprise, it was fantastic. Every dispensary in Oregon and Washington could take a lesson from you. The people were really nice. I already knew what I was after. The only complaint, which is not on you, is, I ate a whole container of gummies and nothing happened. I was hesitant to purchase them at 20 bucks but, I was about to catch a flight to PHX and needed something in my system. Apparently edibles don't work on this kid. But the flowers were great. People were great. I would go back again and again. I highly recommend SSR. Thank you so much for accepting out of state medical cards. :)

Very thankful to have it here. Potency and appearance are on point. Taste is not where it could be, but at the same time these are some of the first flowers available, so there is little expectation of a good cure. 2 strains available today 8-22-15 Sour D & Blue Dream and i got some of each. You will pay top dollar, naturally, but when you consider the incredible overhead/investment, i dont get mad-i just get medicated.

This place has an excellent variety of top shelf flowers and very good deals on mid shelf stuff too. they usually have at least one or two discount oz's for about $150.
