Very nice atmosphere, they allow you to browse the products before getting online to stream line the purchase process. Very smart way of handling traffic, I didn't have to wait in line for more then 5 minutes. Great prices!!

I've been going to SSR for almost two years now. The front desk girls know my name and make me feel welcome like family, they even know its me when I phone in my orders! Such nice young people there. My favorite stains are OG#18 and and biojesus!

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Horrible customer service, will never come back to this location.

great deals. but a oz should be a oz of bud not 24 grams and 4 grams of leaves and stems with no bud on them. If i bought a gram and received a nug weighing .5 and stems n leaves at .5 i did not receive a gram. especially a flower at your premium price point.

First time in, my girlfriend and I immediately felt the atmosphere was very comercial and cold. They had a nice look & sniff display set up in the middle of the room and electronic menus that cycled to quickly so you can't read them and they are not up to date. There was a product I was interested in that I could not find on the electronic menus behind the counter, Budtender tells me: "these are updated every morning, those out there aren't". So we asked to go through the menu since the others were not updated. Apparently, this bored her because she started using her phone, we had to interupt her phone time so she could change the screen for us. We bought our choice of a couple different products and left. Here is the real kicker... Today I open one of the new ones, haven't tried it yet and it sounded good. I take off the plastic shrink seal, remove the lid and to my dismay It was all shake. Lessons learned, never buy product you can't see!!!! And with several other choices in the area, don't go here.

Silver State Relief is a very professional facility. The staff is kind and knowledgable. The medicine is excellent.

The folks at SSR are truly THE example of how MMJ should be brought out of taboo and into the mainstream. Needless to say, I was impressed with the clean, professional atmosphere - you won't find much of the stereotypical 420 imagery you might expect in a head shop. Everything from the reception area to the checkout counter was smooth, with an attention to detail akin to military procedure. They were quick with processing my paperwork to register at the dispensery, and my budtender, Justin, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about which products are best suited to relieve pain, all of which were in stock and of impeccable quality. The customer service overall blew me away, especially when I was $0.70 short and Justin pulled out a huge "take-a-penny" jar to cover the rest of the cost. The prices may have been a little steeper than I had hoped, but their newcomer and veterans discounts really help mitigate the cost, as do their great daily specials. I'm glad that this is the place I've decided to go for my pain management needs - they've really taken professionalism and customer service to a new level at Silver State Relief.

This is the BEST dispensary in reno, hands down!! Their customer service is amazing. I had trouble with a disposable vape and they were kind enough to offer me a different vaporizer with zero charge and then they proceeded to explain to me exactly how to use it so it would work better for me! Anytime I have an issue, it is promptly handled and always respectfully!!!! Great people, great prices and the herb is always BOMB!! I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. Seth is fantastic btw and the male manager (sorry for forgetting his name) is so kind and helpful. Best dispensary in reno for sure!

Great location and atmosphere. I bought an oz today. I open a quarter of Sour Diesel I bought and it’s super dry. I hope the rest of my stuff isn’t this way!

Woman on the phone was short and rude. Came in and never offered me any type of help when looking for a specific term. Seems like a ton of pushy angry people.

This was my favorite dispensary in town until I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dispensary. I purchased two .6 g binske cartridges both each containing the name banana (thinking I was making things easy). The bud tender sold me my products and told me to keep the receipt in case anything happens. As I sat in my car, I noticed one cartridge was very low. After instantly returning and speaking with Garret, I was told it was just headspace and they use larger cartridges than the oil amount 750g cartridge for the 600 g oil. I then said, well shouldn’t they be the same? And then after inspecting my receipt closer, I noticed they swapped out one of the banana cartridges I ordered for a 500mg cartridge called Hoover dam, which wasn’t even on the menu. When asking about this, I was told it was my fault for not inspecting the receipt that was sealed inside my childproof bag. I was then called a liar by the budtender, saying I actually did order the mistaken cartridge even though it wasn’t on the menu. After questioning the customer service, I was then called a liar again and repeatedly told I was being unprofessional. I then said with this treatment I will not be coming back, and the bud tender said it doesn’t matter because the line is huge and my business isn’t important. He then waved me out the door. Such a terrible experience to be called a liar and treated like a scammer when it wasn’t even my mistake in the first place. This guys name was garret and I hope to never see him again.

So today I purchased some of the 420 special items. Silver State used to be somewhere I frequented however since a drop in quality I have gone other places, today I thought maybe they’ve gotten better. I purchased 3 of the .60g prerolls from Deep Roots. A 3 preroll pack: said to have been a gram per preroll: it is NOT!! I also got a disposable pen. The budtender was fast on placing it in the Bag before I could look at them so I didn’t get to see before exit. I have pictures to of the comparison. The prepackaged 3 pack: was a half ass rolled pack to start. Then I noticed they seemed short on flower. So I compared it side by side to a .60 from deep roots and that .60 was more than my said to be GRAM PREROLL!! When I packed it down like they should be, it was in total about a half gram in that preroll. If you are going to say it is a GRAM, make sure it is. This will probably cause you to lose another customer and trust me when I say I will tell everyone I know to check, eyeball and compare the items they purchase. In total it should be 4.8 grams of flower via preroll, and I got maybe 3.3 grams. That’s a shortage of 1.5 grams. Not a happy customer at all. I frequently go to all the dispensary’s in Reno. It’s been a while that I was this mad about the purchase.

Do not go to this store! They sold me a faulty product, I then returned it unused, and demonstrated that not only that it was faulty, but it also damaged my equipment. They refused to do ANYTHING about it. Much better places in town with top quality customer service.

First visit was wonderful! Quick and easy if you already have your card. The product selection, price and service are all first rate. I think the specials they offer each day are great incentives for return visits. Limited selection compared to what you migh find in CA, but for Reno, this is like Nirvana. I wish them much success and look forward to return visits!!

This is a well run dispensary. The menu is constantly changing and provides a wide variety of strains to address whatever your particular needs may be. The staff is friendly and professional. The product presentation excellent as well. The only place I can really compare it to as far as over the counter purchases was in Amsterdam and that was a completely different, pub like atmosphere. This is more like a pharmacy, as it should be. Legal cannabis allows me to cut back on the Rx pills without sending my money to drug cartels. They market the place well, check out the daily specials, you'll save a ton if you time your purchase right!

This dispensary really disappointed me! It was the last of the (now four) dispensaries available in Reno/Sparks/SunValley that I have visited. I am used to friendly bud-tenders who take the time listen to your needs, and perhaps offer suggestions for me to try. Unfortunately I did not get this here. My bud-tender was too busy talking with coworkers to be bothered by my questions, and did not offer any suggestions for pain relief. At least I know where NOT to go!
