I love how kind the people are in here. I didn’t feel rushed or weird and my budtender Alise was exceptional. I will definitely be returning to this location. One of my pre rolls did burn unevenly but overall quality buds here.

I love this dispensary. Sierra Wellness in Reno has been my go to spot for years. Now that recreational sales have come to Carson City I can finally utilize this location less than a mile from my house. I have used both the in house pickup and web delivery services and both were quick and painless. The selection is large and the product is top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy to say that this location holds up to the standards of the original.

The staff is always friendly, very knowledgeable, great prices. The store is always clean and I always walk out happy. If I didn’t like something they work hard to help me find something that works.

I wish I could name the person who helped us but his name escapes me. He however knew the products very well and could answer my questions knowledgeably and with confidence. The setup was nice and the personal were very friendly.

Definitely the place in town to get good THC products. My first time there was the best. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they're selling, and always make helpful suggestions. They have quickly become my favorite dispensary.

Used to be a very nice establishment, but the last couple of visits have convinced me this place is a waste of my time and money. The staff has made the same mistake that I saw destroy many dispensaries in Denver and California by adapting attitudes of arrogance and rudeness, and then they have the audacity to put out tip-jars. The clerks, and that is exactly what they are despite whatever they like to think of themselves, have no problem pushing products that are Not what the costumer is looking for; staff have no problem taking their time assisting customers in lieu of engaging in conversations with their friends and/or coworkers; the waiting in the lobby is subject to mistakes in name roll-calling, where even when there were plenty of staff to handle any discrepancies, the staff always opts to rudely dictate to customers, they have no problem aloofly telling customers "You'l just have to wait in lobby till we get to you"...after already waiting 25 minutes. The staff do not want to listen to anyone, they rush customers through and even cut people off in mid-sentence.This place is NOT worth your time, nor money; there are far superior locals to make one's cannabis purchase. This place reflects really badly on how the Cannabis Industry should be perceived by the general public.

Overall a friendly and knowledgeable staff with a good selection, probably best of the few in town for concentrated and CBD products. I visit frequently and have only had one complaint where a budtender was less than eager to help me out, but other than that have had great experiences.

Hi I'm trying to put in an order since this is day 4 I haven't recieved my first one. Tried calling twice each day, messaging you over Facebook, and your website with no response as to if or even when I would get my order. I'm trying to put another one in today and can't make the order because it says you are closed when in fact you are indeed open, and are taking orders right now. It's discouraging that I was told numerous times someone would reach out too me, but I was left continuously hanging for 4 days. 🤷‍♀️ Your automated messaging system on your website continuously says you'll get back too me, but no one has.

Disappointed to say that the bud was very dry and this wasn’t the first time. I’ve noticed this is a problem with a lot of dispensaries in Nevada.

Been coming here since they opened for recreational sales and I have nothing but awesome things to say about Sierra Well. Even when they have a negative, annoying jerk working there, they seem to replace them pretty quickly if they don't change for the better. i love these guys and even though there are 2 dispensaries in this town, to me there is only Sierra. :)

I really do love this store but the guy that they usually have working at the online pickup window (guy with beard) is always so rude and short with me I order online out of convenience but when I see he’s working the window I wanna just go to the back and order again.

Tried this place out instead of my normal place and I won't be back here. Bad quality and bad service.
