Customer service is extremely unprofessional. The young lady who helped me was extremely rude and sarcastic when I asked her if I could make a last minute change to the order before I paid. She pretty much tossed my bag at me after I gave her my money. Bud was just as bad. Seedy and looked like it had mildew or mold. I am never going back.
They always have good deals, the edibles are delish- budtenders are super cool and knowledgeable, they dont just push whichever their highest thc bud is and can explain why. Liked them better about a year ago, idk I dont recognize the staff anymore but definitely no complaints with the new. Wish it wasnt so far from town, only drawback.
I don’t go there very often because it is too dark and drab. Service is good normally except last time I came. Directions during pandemic are not clear. Stay or go inside... Signage says stay in car but yet no one picked up the phone so I eventually walked in. Today deal is shady... $9 a gram but not if you buy more than 1? I think that’s a joke. These are the reasons I go elsewhere normally. Went today because I thought I was getting $9 a gram but I ordered 3.5 so had to pay full price for that although It was packaged there. Now that I’m home looking at what was given the bud is shaky at best. So sadly I will not go there again unless sales item I can’t get elsewhere.
This is my favorite place! Best flower in town, hands down. Best staff too! I love talking to everyone here and always have a good conversation. Don't really understand any of the complaints about the service or flower quality. The new batches of flower are extremely well cured and are truly medicinal. Mid-level THC content (15%-24%) + very high terpene content ensure that each strain is able to show its true colors. Try the Star Cake while they still have it; it is the best medical flower I have ever bought in Santa Fe, without a doubt!
