I love the Shift; everyone is friendly and helpful always and the product is top notch!

They always have good deals, the edibles are delish- budtenders are super cool and knowledgeable, they dont just push whichever their highest thc bud is and can explain why. Liked them better about a year ago, idk I dont recognize the staff anymore but definitely no complaints with the new. Wish it wasnt so far from town, only drawback.

The 2 guys who do curbside delivery are very nice and friendly. The one with dark hair always give service with a smile and even remember my name from prior visit.

I don’t go there very often because it is too dark and drab. Service is good normally except last time I came. Directions during pandemic are not clear. Stay or go inside... Signage says stay in car but yet no one picked up the phone so I eventually walked in. Today deal is shady... $9 a gram but not if you buy more than 1? I think that’s a joke. These are the reasons I go elsewhere normally. Went today because I thought I was getting $9 a gram but I ordered 3.5 so had to pay full price for that although It was packaged there. Now that I’m home looking at what was given the bud is shaky at best. So sadly I will not go there again unless sales item I can’t get elsewhere.

I have gotten many bags from there and now lately I am finding a large amount of human hair inside the buds, yes I know the difference between the ones that are supposed to be there and not, I find it disgusting 😐 something has to be done especially now with covid all over the place. On top of the hair, I find many seeds which can be a good thing but I thought that these places are to sell us medical patients top quality flower for our medical conditions? Yet if i was to buy from Colorado or someone off the street I get NO SEEDS AND DEFINITELY NOW HAIR!!! Get your shit together shift...

Curbside delivery of orders was smooth and painless. Shift always comes through with a class act, including during this period of improvising to keep the bud flowing! Indeed, a vital service and my go-to dispensary in Northern New Mexico.

Quality of product is great and consistent. Their house strains are just as good as any name brand strain. Staff is always on point and very friendly! They are quick when they need to be but also willing to talk about their product when asked. There is hardly ever a wait in line unlike other places in the area. The environment/atmosphere makes the dispensary feel like a "hidden honey hole" in Santa Fe. Shift is hand down my go to dispensary and I recommend it to all my fellow patients!

Bud was not impressive and I was not given my free pre-roll with purchase. Place was disappointing.

Love this place, the service is top notch.

Shift has by far the most pleasant and knowledgeable staff in town. I ordered flower online and they texted me back to let me know that one of the strains that I had ordered was almost out and there was only shake left. That was really awesome of them to take the time to make sure that I’d be happy with my purchase. The deals that they have on their flower is absolutely the best in town. Don’t waste your time paying double when Shift is where it’s at!

The staff is exceptional here!! They are all so knowledgeable and very helpful. But by far my favorite bud tenders are Drew, Sylvia and Moses! They are what you would call the A team of bud tenders. They always know what I looking for and always give me the most informative run down. I find it refreshing to have such great customer service in Santa Fe. You can tell Drew really cares for his patients and is genuine, very kind human. This place is the only dispensary I use in Santa Fe, all because of the customer service. Thanks y’all
