I use to love this place but lately the girl they have working up front is so rude I understand with the virus going around everything is stressful but still some good customer service would be nice

I love coming here and I come atleast once a week I pick up.the same thing an once and a couple half grams of wax. On 09/21/23 I went in and had a good experience but was.over charged by $126 dollars they added an once on my ticket that I didn't receive nor did I want . I am hoping they make it right but I will update after contacting them today. The owner and everyone is always pleasant so I'm sure this will be resolved

Quick and easy

Ordering online was easy and when I went in to pick up, it was ready! There were walk ins waiting in line and I got my medicine before they did! Love the new service!

I had the worst experience today. I was given an order that was not mine when I did curbside pickup, I realized it when I got home, and was told to come back and they would take care of me. When I came back, Jesse M took the product away from me that I had been given, and told me he was going to re weigh it. Well the issue was that I was given the wrong order, and whomever order I was given was similar, but was not the same, and told him "remember that is not my order!". After waiting 10 minutes in my car, Jesse M came out to my car without my correct order or anything at all, and started accusing me of trying to switch the 1/8th that was weighed out incorrectly that I had received just 30 minutes ago, like if I had bought a smaller amount at another Shift and was trying to say it should have been an 1/8th, and get 1.5g free. What the hell kind of customer service is that?!?! I paid for a service! Compassionate care are not words they use to train the staff at Shift by no means. I am furious! I just wanted the product I ordered, since my money had already been taken. After a huge amount of disrespect and humiliation by being berated by Jesse M, I ended up leaving with the wrong order. I told both the employees several times, on the phone when I placed original order, the second time I called when my order was wrong, and then again to Jesse M when he came out to my car to "help". Don't bother with this place. Urban Wellness, R. Greenleaf, Organtica, High Desert Relief, any of these dispensaries will give you the service you deserve as a patient. Shift needs to pump the brake on these terrible employees. This experience absolutely ruined my day, and I am never coming back.
