I love this store. It's the only location I go to. they always have some sort of great deal going on, friendly staff and they know their product well they can tell you anything you want to know most the time as long as you ask the right questions. I always recommend their store to anyone who asks.

You guys rock!! I went to another store in that area only because I was with a friend and they though they would just make a quick stop...I will never make that mistake again I walked out without making a purchase they were rude and unfriendly and the atmosphere made you feel unwelcome. I felt rushed to just hurry and choose something even though they don't have any product out to display. Satori is a whole different experience. Your employees are inviting right as you step in the door and more than willing to answer questions and help point me in the right direction.The products you sell surpass expectations and prices are WAY better keep rocking it Satori!!

I decided to give this shop a try after all my friends have been telling me to do so long story short best decision I've ever made. unfortunately it's not very close to where I live but after going inside and seeing the wonderful staff and the even more wonderful selection I have to say I have no regrets about making the trip.

I mostly shop at Spokane Green Leaf and Satori; as a medical patient I know what I like and these two places always seems to have it, as well as something new to recommend The staff is made up of nice people and they are almost always helpful and attentive. Last time I went in wasn’t my best visit. I always go when I’m not in a rush, but this time I had 3 people greeted and helped before me, whom I watched come in after me. I was already waiting for others to finish being helped in front of me which was fine. I don’t know if I just wasn’t visible but it started to get annoying after the third person/group. The manager apologized about the wait, but that kind of insinuated that my issue was with the wait, when in fact I don’t mind waiting my turn, it was the getting passed over 3 times for people who had just walked in after me that was frustrating. I’m pretty loyal to my two home shops, but this was off putting. Oh, and I bought a cartridge that requires me to buy their specific vape to use it, and they didn’t mention that at all. Usually a heads up is helpful if a vape cart isn’t an industry standard 510, people don’t always check the packaging, especially when it’s a standard Ccell cart with a proprietary connection. Like I said, good people on staff and good product, it was my latest visit that was frustrating.

Very large selection of flowers. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate all the recommendations they've made and got some killer blueberry today. Tomorrow's the year anniversary and they will be doing $20 eighth. I know I will be there :)

This is the best place in town for sure. Good quality..friendly staff and good prices. I just wish they have tv menus like other dispensaries so it could speed up the process of getting what I want while waiting for my turn.

Received a friendly greeting and good service. Had a pretty good selection and the budtender seemed knowledgeable enough to help find me an indica to help with sleep. Haven't had a chance to try out my product yet but will re-evaluate Quality once I do.

Everyone was very friendly, and their stock is enormous. Besides flowers and wax, they have some very sexy glass for sale.

This was my first and one of my favorites. Great staff, Nice shop, and Super selection. Very knowledgeable bud tenders treat you right and get what you need.

Only had one strain when i stopped in but the staff was awesome. Definately stopping back in when they get back up.

Satori is the only place I feel comfortable going to. They're very friendly, informative and make it an awesome experience, I was a newbie when I first went there and they've made it stress free and easy.

I am new to cannabis and this location is amazing! Everytime Chelsea helps me she has me try something new but always with in what I like. Very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I like it here so much I have no reason to shop elsewhere.

Heads above the other rec stores in Spokane. I have got some of the best marijuana I have ever smoked in my life there. Wonderful selection of product complimented by an amazing selection of glass! The budtenders were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The store itself is beautiful. Can't wait to go back for more!
