Really used to LOVE this place. Used to always have killer deals, and somewhat cheap "everyday" prices. Definitely NOT any longer. It seems like in order for Satori to expand to Spokane south hill, and the west side of the state, they had to pay for it by jacking up prices on the north Spokane store. The price of 1/8's went up a minimum of $5, and concentrate prices are obscene. Really bummed about this new wave of store operations. Oh well, plenty of other stores in Spokane area. With the added bonus of saving 20% compared to this place. Definitely lost this daily toker's business.

I support Satori besause their prices and selection are always on point and the customer service is beyond outstanding, it's how purchasing THC should be!

I ONLY stop here if I absolutely have to. if you like overcrowded hipster places then this the place for you. Most of the bud tenders have no clue, common responses are: "oh yeah I'm smoking this one it's great" (apparently they are all smoking all of the products and it's ALL great), most of the bud tenders (except for one guy) have no concentrate knowledge- they don't know wax, from, crumple, from shatter, from oil, from rso. they will literally tell you anything to sell it to you. They push Phat Panda products like crazy, and really Phat Panda's products are middle of the road at best- and their joints ALWAYS run, guaranteed Everytime. Their are too many shops in Spokane to spend your hard earned dollars at one that feels like Walmart. p.s. trying to get in and out of the parking lot is a challenge in and of itself.

So I'm mostly giving such a bad review because their website is a mess. They incorrectly label strains meaning they place sativas in their indica section or place hybrids in the incorrect place. Make sure to research each strain before going and buying it because chances are you won't get what you wanted.

Ive only been to Satori a handful of times and I will ve vack many many more. At first, i went to get a couple pre rolls and was pretty pissed about the prices of the pre rolls being quite a bit higher than other shops, but I bought a couple anyway. One was from Coastal and the other I'm not sure of the farm name. Anyway, when I opened the two containers and looked at the product I had purchased, my mind completely changed. They were rolled 3 times as good as any pre roll I'd ever purchased and smoked much better. Usually i have to loosen the bud up abd pack the pre roll as if packing a cigarette and then twist down from the top and its just a major annoyance, but these were packed well and didnt even attempt to run even when I hit them my hardest. I have also purchased some Dabs Dudes Purple Mango wax from them at a respectable price and LOVED IT! Cleanest hittin shit ive cane across in a long time. Also, the staff was courteous, quick on their feet, and very educated on product. I asked about ALOT of different products just to take the time and pick the brain of a budtender there and he gave that time and information to me as it seems all the other employees were doing with other customers. Long review I know, i just cant say enough how great this place is. I havent visited another shop since I first went there. Great job Satori!

Absolutely loved this place! Biggest selection of Phat Panda I've ever seen! Also huge selection of other local growers. Best prices even for their top shelf. My only problem with this place is that it's 2 hours away from me 😢. Can't wait for my next visit.

The best! What I have noticed more then anything is that the quality even within a specific brand is better hands down. In addition their budtenders know what they are talking about. They are friendly, knowledgable and make shopping fun again! I noticed someone complaining about price.... I have been a customer since day one and prices have stayed consistent with competition. You have to decide what you want from your rec store. There is cheaper weed out there but that's not what I am looking for. I am looking for good people selling good product. Keep it up guys!

I have been sick for two days sent my caregiver there to get medicine with proper paperwork and still got charged full price wtf so much for paying for a medical card obviously there store is getting to big to care about medical fine I'll find someone who cares thanks.

My first experience in a recreational shop was a little intimidating I do have to admit, but I am so thankful I chose this shop for my first. When I first walked in I was greeted by a cute girl in the front with a beautiful smile and she pointed me to head in the back room. When I walked through the door my jaw about hit the floor after seeing how full you guys were! As a kid I would imagine what legalization would look like and you guys nailed the nail on the head! The "budtenders" name who helped me was Logan, and he was packed full of information and was more than willing to let me pick his brain for a good 10 minutes about my personal wants and desires when it comes to cannabis. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he narrowed the massive 80+ strain list to 3 that would best suit me. After weighing out the options we finally decided on Full Moon Thai from Rootdown. I asked him what the THC level was and even though there were a lot of other strains that had higher THC levels he assured me that I would not be disappointed and that THC is more of a "guideline" than anything. When I got home and did my normal smoking ritual I was amazed how the taste was identical to the aroma! This strain was exactly what I was looking for and then some! I would give this store my highest recommendation to anyone, and you guys just earned a life long customer. See you again soon :)

I have been here a few times now. I have been to 2 other recreational shops (Spokane/Seattle) and I have to say this one has a different vibe. They seem to be a bit more knowledgeable on their strains, a little more like cannabis connoisseurs compared to the rest. Other stores seem more professional like a liquor store, but here they will talk to you about all the strains and it's a little more one on one. Would be better for medical use than the others. Excellent product, great atmosphere, would recommend to anyone!

Guys I love your shop but maybe think about getting more of your budtenders up to date on your top shelf oils. I went in twice now to buy oil and both times my budtender looked confused when I asked what flavor profiles different oils had, and both times the budtenders had not tried ANY of the top shelf oil i was interested in. Makes the purchasing decision hard when you have flavor preferences and the budtender is clueless about it. maybe assign a couple tenders specially as your oil counter people?

This is the best recreational mj store in Spokane period. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and has a great atmosphere. I always feel right at home when I walk through the doors. On top of all that they have the best selection, quality, and prices! If you haven't stopped in yet drop what you are doing and head over now!

Compared to other shops, Satori is all that and a bag of chips. I am anti social and have anxiety, however I never feel uncomfortable at Satori and i actually enjoy conversing with budtenders. Knowledgeable, kind and honest are just a few qualities Satori has. Keep up the great deals and great service Satori!
