All the employees were super nice and always so knowledgeable. I could tell the guy at the front desk was getting a lot of rude customers calling/coming in but he was still super nice to me. Be nice back to them people, they're working very hard during this time.

worst flower I've ever.

I was extremely disappointed when my order for pickup was Cancelled ten minutes prior to close and I was already at the retail Location to subsequently find out that there was no assistance that the manager could offer me to rectify the situation of my cancelled order at 5:50, while the end of business day Closing was posted at 6:00. How is this possible? I pay a $40 uber ride to find out my $280 pickup order has been cancelled during business hours while I am present at the dispensary. I can only assume that it was done due to convenience and laziness.

I went for the first time today and it was a great experience!!! Will be going back again!!!

The Holy Grail flower I tried from here knocked my socks off. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t Recommend this place enough

I really liked the woman at the front desk(with green hair). Very sweet and made sure I felt comfortable. Products are great. I had a mini preroll of their lemon haze along with an awesome oatmeal cream pie edible and an 8th of cornbread. All three products were what I expected. Will be back. ONLY thing I did not like is the horrible odor. You can smell it as soon as you open the door. New space and maybe the warehouse had been closed up for awhile??? Almost smelled like body odor??? I mean, everything looked clean and organized so not sure where what was causing this.

I love sanctuary in Woburn! Awesome place, pleasant workers. Very convenient from where I live.

I want to go more often but they need to offer a hardship discount of at least 15% to 20 off...love the place...but my banana bread I just picked up was very dry. the blueberry headband is amazing..

prices are high and you have to give out way to much information your first visit but the quality is nice

I found this place to be medical only. No adult recreational use. Had to call them. They were very nice on the phone. Info online is unclear for this location.

I bought 3x 1/2oz packages of pre-ground bud and some perfectly fine sauce concentrate. For the pre-ground, the TAC report supposedly read 22-23% on each package. I expected to get high-grade (23%) pre-ground. Just because it was on sale, I didn't expect to get bottom-of-the-barrell shake that is hardly fit to smoke! The mimosa pre-ground strain is especially bad! It smells like lawn mower clippings. It is not worth the $38.50 per half or even close to it! You'll be picking out huge stems and grinding big sugar leaves. What a jip. Not worth trying to save a little for the pre-ground. Ground bud is often much nicer than this... I dared smoke a gram and waited 30+ minutes before finishing this review. The taste is nasty and it immediately gave me a headache even though I have been drinking water the entire time. Not exactly a sativa I'd ever take at the beginning of the day. This is useless. I have enjoyed mimosa as a strain many times in the past. Ugh, my head. I don't believe they tested at 22%+ THC. If so I don't care because I still feel nothing but a headache and mimosa doesn't normally give me anything but euphoria.

Last time I went got weed it was so dry it was crumbling Low on a lot of products

Sanctuary is awesome! I love their Danvers location so much but I live in Burlington so the drive wasn’t super convenient but was worth it. I am super excited that Sanctuary has finally opened in Woburn!! Now I can get all the same amazing product that I love getting from Danvers without the hassle of needing to even get on the highway. I love the convenience. I love the product. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will 100% be a repeat customer.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My go to spot for concentrates - I especially enjoy their crumble!

I placed an order using Leafly Pick-Up on my way to Sanctuary Medicinals in Woburn & just picked it up. I was in & out in 5 minutes. Their shatter is great. I'll be going back again.
