Some of the lowest quality flower I've purchased from a dispensary in MA. All 3 strains were old, tasteless, odorless and full of seeds. Little medicinal effects. Very disappointing. Definitely not medical grade. Posted review on their rec page too, but as a patient myself fellow ents need to be warned to go elsewhere for flower. Until they improve quality at least.

Dishonest. Not being a heavy smoker with money to spare I only wanted a gram. First time I called ahead and was told they have, only to get there and be told they "just sold out" but I can get a two .05 pre rolled but it's $5 more. Second time I called ahead again and was told they have only to get there 40 min later to "just sold out" again. Funny, for being just sold out the menu didn't list any grams. I was told they would gladly sell a bigger quantity. Not too happy I talked to the manager. He didn't apologize, but just blamed a "new" employee. Don't know if it's the store or company, but that's shady business tactics.

The staff is top notch, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The blue cheese flower is phenomenal! Good vibe and atmosphere. it is a very welcoming and clean facility. I'm a weekly customer and have been since their opening.

Not happy. Been there three weeks in a row and no shatter or concentrates at all. Is this part of the assurances that medical patients were a priority...blah blah blah. Should have known they were only in it for recreational. The CCC should know what’s going on here.

the flower is so dry it crumbles to dust and truthfully i’ve never been so disappointed. i’ve visited this dispensary multiple times and tried various batches and i’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t care at all about the quality of their flower. so i recommend a humidity regulator and a glass jar bc you’re gonna need it if you’re going here. they are also the only medical dispensary that i’ve been to that doesn’t have a dedicated cashier at the register for medical. they have a register for it. but i had to wait while the two cashiers rang out the rec customers before ringing me out. just seemed a little odd since medical patients used to have priority. i only go here when it’s late and no where else is open. otherwise it’s at the bottom of my list

I’ve been to this facility quite a few times, but have not been going there as often as I used to. ...mostly because I find the quality and selection to be much better in both Ayer and Greenfield. This dispensary says they put patients first, but their medical inventory is scant compared to recreational. How is it that they only have only one concentrate available for patients for weeks at a time? The flower is often very dry. I don’t care for the cheap plastic container that my concentrate cane in. Two of the four 510 cartridges I purchased here broke before I could finish them. The staff is incredibly nice, but that’s really not enough to keep me coming back regularly. I will probably only shop here when I can’t make it to a place with better products.

The doormen were friendly. The "budtender" was a dreadlocked salesman who couldn't answer basic questions about the products sold. His product knowledge was limited to talking points. Asking questions got me a hurry up and buy something attitude. The checkout staff didnt bother to make eye contact. The flower was over trimmed and excessively handled, it lacked aroma and had flat/no flavor. The shatter was on par with most BHO product. Overall not a good place to buy. Stay home and grow your own.

I am sick of these people not offering what is on their current menu and pushing whatever they have extra of to people they think will put up with it. They don't care about your continued business and out of the 5+ times I have been there and even every story I have heard from medical patients involves them saying they do not have specific items on their CURRENT menu. People are only willing to pay this much if you sell them what they actually want. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are the only dispensary around. Hopefully not for long. Save yourself the hassle, spend a little more gas money and go elsewhere.

It doesnt make sense that you label your edibles HIGH TESTING but don’t include the MG’s per edible, so why would I buy them when I dont know what they are. Disappointed at the poor approach of online ordering through IHEARTJANE with the same description on each item. You need to tell people what they are receiving.

Walked in today and trusted the nice lady that had told me the strain I was looking at was 30% and she convinced me to buy it when I got home it was a strain that was 20.4%. So please everyone do you’re research on their strains because they don’t know much about nug at all.

What a disappointment. 10% discount for veterans and those way under poverty compared to the Dispensary in Ayer who gives 30% super compassionate discount. My first flower purchase is dry, crunchy and turned to dust TERRIBLE. Old and stale is the only way to describe it. The people there are the best part, very professional and courteous. No, I won't be a regular there. They will be for desperate times. I'll continue to get my deliveries from Ayer.

Sanctuary is extremely convenient, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If the flower were not as dry needing a little citrus peel, this dispensary would be my number one go to location.

I am a medical patient and recreational has changed this store even though I was assured that wouldn’t be the case prior to them offering recreational. No longer offer THC/CBD percentages on menu, budtender provides the wrong information and I’m stuck holding the bag because He is worried about the next wave of recreational customers coming in. I’ll be driving the 10 minutes further from my house in the opposite direction not to have this experience again

Im a medical patient and still feel like they get u through the door and dont want u looking around for a few mins. Its what can i get fir you. Just go upstairs and tekl them what u want. Well i was trying to look seeing as ur menu is never correct. Worst concentrates in the state by far! Anyone who thinks they’re a good dispensary hasn’t been to a good dispensary that actually has fresh flower that they take put of jars in front of you. While u can ask for a certain bud even. Instead of paying top dollar for pieces of herb. If u think this place is good ill do the driving to boston or worcester to show u n let u see the best flower in the state! Gardner has the worst packaging while everyone else is listening to their customers trying to improve on what the customers or med patients who are actually keeping u in business! Gardner has flower that they try to sell to u and its iverb6 months old. Thats not right! Should be in n out. We shouldnt be smoking okd dried up flower that tastes like a sweaty gym sock would taste like i can only imagine lol!!! Gardner sux!

I wanted to try their carts versus the other guys. Bad choice! I wanted a Sativa blend and was recommended an indica instead. I purchased a blueberry rift cart and boy was I upset when I got home. They add terps and for some reason chose Apple for a product marketed towards a berry. And the cartridge is all plastic and sealed shut. The majority of the big boys spend the extra $.10 and use ccell, glass and ceramic. I won’t be going back anytime soon that’s for sure.

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The pineapple skunk was exceptional; fresh and tasted amazing! I will definitely visit again, they also offer 25% off for new patients!

This is an amazing dispensary, I can’t say enough great things! All of the staff is wonderful, super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. The location is great, the building is always kept super clean and always well cleared after snow. Have been and will continue to be a loyal customer and huge fan of Sanctuary! 🤗

Awesome staff! product has been great! They even carry in house strains that are out of this world. i would recommend this place to any patient and or cannabis user. They have a great vibe and i hear from a family member that their other locations are exactly like that.

They lost a biweekly #MMC customer last week. For the second time when I got home the product was not what I thought I had purchased. Took it back to be told nothing they could do, sorry. $100 purchase they offered me a pre-rolled. Now I will be going to other dispensaries. If you go to Sanctuary check your purchase before leaving the building.

Where's all the Medical products? You've turned into a Recreational place. Looks like you have no desire to cater to your Medical Patients as you promised. You're only concerned about profits and that's clearly on the Recreational side. All I see are complaints everywhere and nothing being done about it. You could at least make believe that you care about your reviews by actually answering them instead of automated responses like "Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Continues to go downhill in quality and packaging is worst I've ever seen. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves. Worst parts they just done care as you'll notice from their lack of responses to everyone else's complaints and problems. What happened to the customers always right? As a grower and maker of concentrates in this state as well as Maine it blows me away to see how differently and more professionally things are done elsewhere

As a new medicinal patient i absolutely love the process. When there is a line med patients can go right to the door and will be let in first. Sanctuary holds patients as a priority & are treated with such respect & care. Extremly knowledgeable staff & tons of friendly faces. 10 out of 10 would reccomend

First time in, great staff, great selection! Very happy with the new pt discount and deals for bringing food/books to local charities. Will definitely be back!
