I'd like to see better signs about where to stand when waiting to get into the front door. It can be confusing not knowing what's going on or what the wait will be. My actual dislike was opening the sauce concentrate container was stored upside down resulting in some product loss and a mess. Other than that I enjoy sanctuary and the products.

Was given the wrong product in the STAPLED bag, called to tell them what happened, was told to come back so I went back with the receipt and wrong products, was accused of switching the products myself and was given no resolution. The difference between half a gram of oil and a full gram is a lot of money and I was a regular here. I’d give a 0 star review if i could. And not only that the prices are insane for what you get.

When I walked in the staff that greeted my boyfriend and I at the door were very warm and welcoming! They gave us a menu and quickly let us inside where we were greeted by a very nice lady at a glass showcase. She helped me pick out a flower that fit my needs and sent me to checkout which was quick and easy. It was a little expensive at 60$ an 1/8th but it was to be expected (that's what you get for buying this stuff) it's so worth it though. I got jolly bean and it made me feel so fluffy and nice. Can't wait to go back here again :)

I placed an order and it was ready in minutes. This was my 1st placing an order. I usually just go there. I will definitely be ordering. So easy and fast. The place is such a nice atmosphere very calming and relaxing. So clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommended my friends to come here. They did and they really said the drive was worth it and liked the products they have.

I'm a recreational user and this was my first experience purchasing cannabis from a dispensary. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the staff. They were eager to answer any questions I had regarding the products and the process. I ordered my cannabis products ahead of time on leafly.com. When I arrived at sanctuary I was thrilled by how easy the pickup process was. I walked in, showed my ID at the door, let them know I had an online order, was directed where to pick it up, paid, and left. I just finished trying the product and am more than satisfied with the quality. I will absolutely be back and will recommend to friends and family.

They often, especially online Mosrepresent the THC Contenet, Listing the TAC as THC online, Or Not discosing the SEPCIFIC DELTA9 CONTENT and using adding the THC-A Content as the Big #... 3. Unless it isna Fresh Bath or Insa Brand there FLOWER/BUD Is Very OBER Dryied/ Cured, Most besides the Bannana Bread, Turn to shake as soon as you try to break a Nug! 4. There PROCES ARE THE HIGHEST AROUND!!! 5. Oil Carts Are UNDER Filled, USUALL .3ML, NOT the . 5ml I PAID FOR... GREAT TASTING & Quality Liq Shatter, But NOT THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR.. 5. Some of the lowest quality flower I've purchased from a dispensary in MA. All 3 strains were almost a year old, tasteless, odorless and dry. Pulled out a ton of seeds too. Not going to cut it. Feel like I'm back in middle school and just got ripped off by a high school senior selling me hermie mids. Sigh.

The concentrates here are amazing. The sauce is the best deal around. Today I got the banana bread and it is out of this world! I also got some tangerine cookies crumble that punches you in the face with tangerine peel flavor. All around very satisfied as always.

Friendly but need more indoor waiting room. Had to wait outside for a bit and it was windy wet and cold.

I love the ability to preorder. Everyone I have spoken with has been nice, accommodating and very knowledgeable. If someone didn't know the answer, they found someone else who did. That is rare. I never once heard "I don't know/ not my job". Went in on recommendation of a friend and Have passed on the recommendation and then some I noticed some dispensary's do a promo for 1st customers/ military families. I get so sidetracked when I'm there, I forget to ask. So I'm sure if u have those options. I drive an hour out of my way for your customer service.

First time here the other day, did an online bag, when I arrived I walked right in went right ahead of everybody else because my order was already filled super easy super quick In-N-Out less than 3 minutes very happy very professional staff and knowledgeable staff will definitely be coming back again!!

I've only been twice, but both times I'm happily surprised by the professionalism and atmosphere of this place. They are super friendly and helpful. The only thing I'd suggest is more variety. I'm so appreciative that there is somewhere I can go and not have to be concerned for my safety.
